Your practices are the first since I started a couple months ago that have been produced so that I could effectively follow with all movements. The practice was slow enough that I, as still very much a beginner, could follow but also get a proper and very effective workout. Good evening , Fiona! Usually I’m a morning yogi but today it was evening. Full Wolf Moon shining through my window. This practice was great for me tonight.it actually centered and calmed me. Very nice flow routine, though challenging for even a seasoned yogi. It is indeed balanced and well-rounded. I'm glad I know how to modify for injuries and age-related issues. NOT a beginner class.
I am new to yoga and when my local studio here in the US closed for quarantine I was adrift in the vast seas of yoga on you tube but this place is exactly what I needed all along! Since yoga class has cancelled because of covid 19 I ve been practicing with tge Two Birds Yoga videos. I like them a lot. It is like the yoga class I do. Vinyasa Flow. I like that you instruct has the video moves along with your instruction.

We have two weeks to tour around. Can’t wait :-)

@@TwoBirdsYoga in a city in the PH there is an annoying rule wherein if a neighbor in 1 floor (condominium) is covid19 positive, the rest of the people in the same floor, will have a 2-weeks strict home quaratine :( :( :( it sucks that even if our family is not sick, we also have to go on lockdown can not go outside there is cctv and guards in the bldg.... so videos like this really help cope

@@TwoBirdsYoga I try not to think of this practice as progress,there's no telos for me, just the next Asana, to understand how to really take rest in DownwardDog..., it's circular, more or less. Certainly, you're quite right, at times I notice effort lessening, an aspect of an Asana becomes clearer for my cns, holding effort uses my skelettsl structure more effectively...such things. Foremost of all, I realise how important Yoga is, as a neuroplastical personal work, how complex & wholesome, & how I cannot possibly be without it. My wife, my meatspace teacher Katharina & you are the culprits here! 😍🙏🏻
