I am anxious insecure attachment. But also the neglect of physical love has been brutal for me. 20 years of hardly any sex and not being pursued. Neglected. Roommate situation. I am currently depressed and I was unfaithful last year even we agreed on having an open relationship in November 2022. I am trying to forgive myself and forgive him. I really want a healthy connection and want us to fall in love again. But today was extremely hard. I begged him for a therapist for us. He finally has one for himself. I have one for myself and we still need to find one for us as a couple. I need a miracle. I have prayed for this miracle. I really want a restored marriage with him. Feeling defeated.
My wife has reduced me to an androgynous roommate for a decade now. I'm seriously considering leaving for the first time. Anyone out there lonely? I might be available soon.

I don’t have feedback on your video other than to say you seem to genuinely want to help people going through difficulties in their marriages. Perhaps you could give me your thoughts on my own situation? About six weeks ago my estranged husband lured myself & our 3 year old daughter back to the states from Canada for a “visit”. Two days into our trip he left with our daughter & texted me to say I wasn’t allowed in his house & that the cops were on the way. He hid her for two weeks before I was finally able to get a temporary consent order signed by a judge. He’s filed for divorce & sole custody & is already on his second lawyer. Not being able to return to my small business in Canada I am now jobless & if it weren’t for friends I would be homeless as well. Needless to say it has been a difficult time. Hoping you will read this & have some advice for me.
Wow, I'm so sorry that you're going through that. It sounds very traumatic, scary and frustrating to say the least. I'm glad to hear that you have friends that are supporting you and giving you a place to live. That's crucial. Not having the finances for proper legal representation is challenging. Is there a way to get back to Canada and handle the divorce from there? Can you find a job here in the states in the meantime? Showing some type of stability can help with the custody matter for the time being. I'm sure there are pro bono attorneys that may be able to represent you legally, or at least the self-help center can help you prepare the necessary documents for either responding to your husband's requests and/or asking the court for custody orders. I'm sending you strength!

That’s kidnapping. You should have filed a lawsuit for kidnapping. Just because he’s the biological father he can’t do that
