    Hi David. I'm a 31 year old guy from Bulgaria, recently became a dad and I started going to the gym, I got really fit in 2 years, but always had that lower back pain for some reason.
    It was super annoying.
    But every night, before I go to bed, I play this video and your lower back pain specific video, I do the stretches and the pain magically disappears.
    I just want to say how grateful I am, as the whole point about me being more fit, is so I can play more with my daughter and keep up with her, and the lower back pain being gone really helps me enjoy Tea time a lot more!

    dude, these are great. my former athlete self is coming out because of these stretches. it's making my body remember the youthful days. can you do an advanced routine for a full-body stretch?

    THANK YOU!!! My muscles atrophied while I was going through chemo for leukemia (too much time laying in a hospital bed in too much pain and sickness to get up). I just found your videos and I'm hoping they are going to help me get my movement and range of motion back

    I'm well into my 50s, started about two years ago with some of the usual fitness routines and thought, well, better than nothing. But they either overstrained me or bored me out of my mind.

    Thank you for your videos. I'm very inflexible basically everywhere in my body, so I appreciate your calm approach of "Do what works best for you, this is a challenge, but if you don't feel good with it, don't do it, that's fine." It motivates me to start trying. 🙂

    I had a partial knee reconstruction in feb 2022 and today for the first time I touched the ground this morning while my knees were straight, and I’m filling standing. Thank you for helping me get flexy. Now I shall stay, and progress!

    Would love to see you post more of these types of guided routines! Like of different lengths and focusing on different types of stretches or particular areas. Similar to what Yoga with Adrienne does!

      ​@@samarsingh07 no hahaha, I remember that when I started watching this man I really made this stretching routine for 1 or 2 weeks, but then I stopped and today I'm as flexible as a 60yo man :/
      btw, wow this channel got really big, this was one of his first videos on youtube

      @@kevinio_ oh :( it's never to late to start tho ! I was very flexible a few years ago, did all sorts of crazy yoga poses, but now almost all of it is lost and I'm kinda stiff, easily did what is shown in the video but couldn't do anything that I used to do, trying to be flexible again ! you can too !

    The controlled breathing where breathing in through the nose and than breathing out through the mouth is cherry on the top and so bliss. This feels so relaxing and very powerful stretches. Thanks a ton man.

    Ive been doing this every morning this week and im already seeing small results. Tying my ankle brace i wear from an injury has been easier and i feel better throughout my day.

    Piriformis stretch at 5:00 is perfect for tackling sciatica. It's painful but if you're consistent it will give results

      Yoga pose, also known as The Pigeon, also known as The Figure Four. This really helps with Sciatica pain. In addition to doing it laying on the floor like this, you can also do it sitting.

      Maybe my lower back is super stiff, but the first one (lean hip with a straight back) stretched it pretty good

    I think the adapters will be receptacles instead of plugs, basically. The NACS plug side will remain the same. The truck will be able to control the contactor through the control pilot signalling somehow.

    I love this routine but how can I keep my breathing more regulated and calmer. Does that come with time or is there a technique for that? Also I love the content it’s inspired me to try and do the splits 😂!
