It was super annoying. But every night, before I go to bed, I play this video and your lower back pain specific video, I do the stretches and the pain magically disappears. I just want to say how grateful I am, as the whole point about me being more fit, is so I can play more with my daughter and keep up with her, and the lower back pain being gone really helps me enjoy Tea time a lot more! I was very flexible a few years ago, did all sorts of crazy yoga poses, but now almost all of it is lost and I'm kinda stiff, easily did what is shown in the video but couldn't do anything that I used to do, trying to be flexible again ! you can too !

I think the adapters will be receptacles instead of plugs, basically. The NACS plug side will remain the same. The truck will be able to control the contactor through the control pilot signalling somehow.
I love this routine but how can I keep my breathing more regulated and calmer. Does that come with time or is there a technique for that? Also I love the content it’s inspired me to try and do the splits 😂!

Piriformis stretch at 5:00 is perfect for tackling sciatica. It's painful but if you're consistent it will give results
