- It's been a season of strong winds and big swells, which have kept me onshore. With only a week until Christmas I finally had a break in the weather. Remarkably both air and sea temperatures still 11 Celsius. I seized the moment and took my Dagger Stratos to Portrush East Strand.

Loads of fun and a good option when longer trips aren't possible.
@@davidpoots8362 I envy you those waters. We do have some notably good surf waters quite a bit south of Stockholm, but it's a way to get there and they do require some skill, so not really something to go out practicing in and build gradually over time.

What a relief to get on the water again. That boat has similar dimensions to the Pakayak. Your new boat should be a decent tourer
