PlayStation 5 Overheating

Customer brought in this PlayStation 5 because it was overheating. After diagnosing the PS5 we determined that the overheating was caused by an excessive amount of dust that had accumulated inside the PlayStation 5 console. We recommend having the PS5 serviced for dust and liquid metal every 6 to 12 months depending on usage.
