Spinach and bacon cheese omelet with cod roe and grated yam sauce

This is a recipe for an omelette that I often make with leftover cod roe and grated yam sauce from the last video.

■Ingredients
Spinach as needed
2 slices of bacon
3 eggs
10g butter
cod roe and grated yam
■Directions
1. Put butter in a frying pan and fry spinach and bacon
2. Beat the eggs with a little water and fry them
3. When the eggs are half-cooked, add cheese
4. Pour cod roe and grated yam sauce over the omelette
