Easy Braised chicken wings with Ponzu

  • A recipe for stewed chicken wings that can be easily prepared with only seasoning ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice)
    ■Ingredients (2 to 3 servings)
    10 chicken wings
    4 eggs
    Broccoli, as desired
    200 ml ponzu
    200 ml water
    ■Directions
    1. Boil the eggs.
    2. Remove water from chicken wings with kitchen paper.
    3. Put ponzu, water, chicken wings and boiled egg in a pan and heat.
    4. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
