    【 Garlic Fried Lily Bulb and Bacon 】
    ■Ingredients (2 servings)
    1 lily bulb
    80g bacon
    1 tsp garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil
    ■Directions
    1. Wash lily bulb in cold water, peel off the outer layer one by one, and remove the brown parts.
    2. Add the lily bulb and bacon, and saute slowly over low to medium heat.
    3. When the lily bulb becomes soft, season with salt and pepper.
    【 Fried Lily Bulb and Sakura Shrimp with Fish Cake 】
    ■Ingredients (2 servings)
    1 lily bulb
    1/2 tofu (150g)
    60g fish cake
    2 shiso leaves
    2 tablespoons sakura shrimps or amiebi
    Ponzu vinegar to taste
    oil
    ◇Seasoning
    2 to 3 tablespoons potato starch
    1/3 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    ■Directions
    1. Rinse lily bulb in cold water, peel off the outer layer one by one, remove the brown part, and cut the large ones in two.
    2. Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice into thin strips.
    3. Mix fish cake and tofu in a bowl, add seasonings and mix well.
    4. Add lily bulb, shiso leaves and sakura shrimps (amiebi), mix and shape into a circle.
    5. Put more oil in a frying pan and deep-fry until golden brown on both sides.
