    I'm currently working as a Chat Center agent. It is my frist week. I only take chats and only a few times in the day I have to make outbound calls to customers. I love the way that you don't deal with hearing angry customers over the phone yelling at you. But the counter part or downside with this is that you have to be very skilled with the multitasking as I take 3 chats at the same time, so you have to deal with 3 different situations, 3 different processes and 3 different outcomes or solutions.

      Can really feel you. 🤣. Im new to chat and when the customer idled in your chat, new customer may be added in your bucket and the idle customer may return 🤣. Sometimes I handle like 5 customer at a time. Really thankful if a customer is very patient but when the customer is the type to ask "are you still there" even for a minute of inactivity, goodluck 🤣

    The chat/email reps I've dealt with often answer immediately with a long cut-and-paste (sometimes irrelevant!) with a link response and then immediately ask "have I answered your question?" or "[i]s there anything else I can help you with?" My answer: "I don't know as I haven't taken 5-10 minutes necessary to read what you sent me!!!" I like the fact that you answer the customer's question DIRECTLY in simple terms first and THEN provide a more detailed "see also" link reference afterward. Your approach gives a customer the luxury of accepting your simple (yet complete) answer and/or clicking on the link for more info if s/he wants it either immediately or at another time.

    Tomorrow starts my trainning as a customer service agent (chat) and I have no experience at all!! If there's anybody who's worked in that position before and would give me some tips I'd highly appreciate it

I just want to ask po what if nahire as chat support then as in not computer literated then mabagal po magtype as in di po umaabot ng 30 wps, may possibility pa rin po ba makapasa sa training?     Sis additional tip please just in case they conduct ng mock call during interview. sample concern of seller there comes a time that The Policy Of the company is not accepted by customer. How to handle this kind of situation? Give me mock call sample please.. TIA
