    Good tips! As a native english speaker, I recommend to avoid saying "I'm sorry you feel that way" - this connotates that the problem is the customer's feelings. A better option is "I understand how frustrating this situation is"

    2- thank customer
    3- answer questions of customer
    4-address underlying emotion
    5-try solution before

      The word 'honorable' might be improper if you are not actually addressing some government office or the likes of it. Otherwise, try 'good' instead or something similar.

    When I address my Customer by saying
    Hello Mr Sathish, or Hi Mr Sathish - is this formal way or informal..

      It really depends on the brand of the company. If you're doing customer service for a boutique wedding attire company you want to be as formal a possible. If your doing custom service for like a video game as secondary company you might want to have a casual undertone. You want to match the brand.
