Bread flour 500g (3+1/3cups)
Salt 5g (1tsp)
Active dry yeast 5g (2tsp)
Water 375-400ml
Olive oil 30g (2tbsp)
Bake at 220°C / 430°F for 20 minutes

I just tried these, they came out very nice, didn't brown as well as yours did. Also as a word of warning, if you are new to baking breads this is an extremely sticky dough so dividing the dough into 8 sections can be difficult.
I didnt have bread flour and tried using normal flour it worked to, i loved the result. Thanks again ❤

Whenever i dont have bread flour i try to go for normal flour that has 11-13% protein listed on the nutrition label as those kinds of flour hold the water very well, much like bread flour ❤

I believe I got anxious just about at the end. I forgot to let dough dit another 30min after cutting it into pieces, and I forgot to press start on my oven that I set for 430 so it actually bakes on 350 for 15mins. I amp up temp to 430 and let it bake about 12mins. It still came out soooo nicely. It taste just like fresh deli bread. I shared this recipe and have placed this in my favorite recipe book for pass-down generation. I hope everyone else will enjoy it as much as I do. 😍😍😍😍

Texture looks beautiful
I've made this a few times and really like it. I put it in the frig overnight for some cold ferment time before doing any of the folds and take it out the next day to finish.

I baked it before, from it, I learn to take it easy, let the dough rest. Next time I will cut like yours , much easier. I often rolled to like a Baguette, spray water before baking. Thanks for sharing. I will not bake soon as I baked many Spiral Yam mooncakes.

А хлебная мука это какая ? Пшеничная ?

@@viktoriyaich730 нет, это специальная мука с повышенным содержанием глютена (белка). Там должно быть 12-14 гр.на 100 гр.муки. у обычной муки 9-11 максимум. Но и с ней получится. Только тесто менее эластичным будет
@@viktoriyaich730 На пачке посмотрите таблицу ,для хлеба белок должен быть 12 или 13 % А для тортов и кексов, Белок должен быть 10 или 10,3 % .На каждой пачке там есть таблица .Сразу все поймете 😊
Наберите ролик "еда на любой вкус.Хлеб,наконец то я его нашла"Там принцип этого хлеба,те же действия с тестом,но без заморочек.Хлеб обалденный.Посмотрите,не пожалеете.

You really should get a scale. They are much more accurate than using cups, and you need to be accurate when baking.

Смажьте руки маслом, и замешивайте тесто, не используя ничего другого!!!

Ciabatta, pizza and french bread always cheap. Bread only gets expensive if you start adding milk, eggs and raisins.
Always very nice recipes to help others.
This is exactly how I make my Sicilian pizza dough, I proof it just once and I have a great pizza every week . I will just follow your method and proof thrice for Ciabatta breads instead. Thank you this is really helpful.

Update: it took me 3 hours plus the cooking time
AND IT SO GOOD. 100 times better than just throwing a dough in the oven. It didn't give me these big air bubbles because i did a mistake by spreading it too thinly. Would recommend 👍
