I've made this a few times and really like it. I put it in the frig overnight for some cold ferment time before doing any of the folds and take it out the next day to finish.
Whenever i dont have bread flour i try to go for normal flour that has 11-13% protein listed on the nutrition label as those kinds of flour hold the water very well, much like bread flour ❤

I forgot to let dough dit another 30min after cutting it into pieces, and I forgot to press start on my oven that I set for 430 so it actually bakes on 350 for 15mins. I amp up temp to 430 and let it bake about 12mins. It still came out soooo nicely. It taste just like fresh deli bread. I shared this recipe and have placed this in my favorite recipe book for pass-down generation. I hope everyone else will enjoy it as much as I do. 😍😍😍😍

I just tried these, they came out very nice, didn't brown as well as yours did. Also as a word of warning, if you are new to baking breads this is an extremely sticky dough so dividing the dough into 8 sections can be difficult.
I'm glad you are using gloves because it's easier and less messy. I love ciabatta bread. It's so addicting that I have to cut it in thin slices and chew slowly. I love the sound when you are cutting the roll with your knife. It's the best. Thank you for your video. 😊

@@viktoriyaich730 нет, это специальная мука с повышенным содержанием глютена (белка). Там должно быть 12-14 гр.на 100 гр.муки. у обычной муки 9-11 максимум. Но и с ней получится. Только тесто менее эластичным будет

Ciabatta, pizza and french bread always cheap. Bread only gets expensive if you start adding milk, eggs and raisins. Always very nice recipes to help others.

You really should get a scale. They are much more accurate than using cups, and you need to be accurate when baking.
