How I made a silicone copy of my hand.

In this video I show how I made a skin safe silicone mold of my hand and then used it to cast a realistic silicone copy.

It's complicated. Make a mold of your ear. Use that mold to cast your normal ear. Use art and craft synthetic clay to make the additional modifications (that could be to make it look pointy.)
Then make a mold of that additional synthetic clay.❤

Impressive but holy crap that's pricey. I need enough to create the skin for an entire android. So you have a recommendation for a good alternative?

Dental "Algenate" is the traditional material. It costs a lot less, but does not last for more than one casting, and you need to pour liquid plaster into the lifecast - instead of like in this video he pours the silicone directly into the mold.
The extra step here is you will need to make a plaster copy of the body part first, and then make a mold off of that to cast your silicone in.
Up to you to decide which approach is more cost effective.
