Great workout as usual. The moves were easy but the pace was a little fast. So it was a challenge for me. I had to stop a couple times. But I like a challenge, so I will be doing this workout again.
Your most welcome. From time to time I like to make the pace faster but keep the moves simple. This way one can build up their cardiovascular system and endurance.
