- Power Walk March Cardio is a fast-paced high energy low impact exercise workout done at 150 BPM for 30 minutes. The workout consists of Power Walking, Marching and easy cardio moves. There is no jumping. The exercises are safe, fun and effective to help burn fat and will keep your heart rate up.

Good workout. Great pace. This proves that one doesn`t need to do complicated backbreaking movements to get a good workout. I totally enjoy this style of workout. Can already feel a change in a good way after incorporating this workout.Thank you Coach for the inspiration.

@@PaulEugene Today's workout- sat was great. It was a little tough i guess because I had done the other late yesterday. Make sure you pace yourself so you avoid injury. you've been recording a whole lot of exercises.
