  • Power Walk March Cardio is a fast-paced high energy low impact exercise workout done at 150 BPM for 30 minutes. The workout consists of Power Walking, Marching and easy cardio moves.     This was a amazing one Coach . Love the music, kept me hyped. The moves was fantastic. Love the red also. Looking for the color purple, my fav. Glad for the modified jacks, no jumping for me today either.🥰🥰🥰

    Good workout. Great pace. This proves that one doesn`t need to do complicated backbreaking movements to get a good workout. I totally enjoy this style of workout. Can already feel a change in a good way after incorporating this workout.Thank you Coach for the inspiration.

    I realized a few minutes in that this was the very first workout I did with you nearly 6 months ago, and I’ve worked out with you each weekday since.
    I have always worked out regularly, love variety, and found that you have variety in one place.

      @@PaulEugene Today's workout- sat was great. It was a little tough i guess because I had done the other late yesterday. Make sure you pace yourself so you avoid injury. you've been recording a whole lot of exercises.
