I have to cheat on the standing programs. I do some standing until leg and back makes me sit. Then sit and do them until I can stand again. Great workouts and nice different sceneries! I love those with that water scene behind you!

Yep old school. I started instruct in 1983. Been through every group exercise out there. Now at 68 years Zumba baby. Really loved this workout cause I love fast. Keep it coming ❤
I been through all the group exercises programs, but I must say I am not a fan of Zumba. I stick to old school and when I taught old school at the gym when Zumba was hot my attendance always beat the zumba classes. Yes i got the zumba license at one time, but felt it was a dis service to us who went through real group fitness certification. All you did at the zumba certifcation was jump around for a few hours and now you can go teach!? No CPR, no testing, that was my big draw back.
@@PaulEugene yes, this is true. I add old school jax, kicks, knees, lunges, jogs, etc. so old school has never left me either. Old school sure whipped us in shape 😀

A great workout, Paul I loved. I have done a marathon in 2016, I did the Brighton one, thoroughly enjoyed, it was worth all the training. I have been doing your various workouts for quite a few years now and I love them takes me back to when I used to go to aerobic classes, I am a 73 year young lady, keep going Paul xx
Love this workout. Just couldn't take the metallic sounding music so I had to mute it. I wish it had regular music. But I got creative n used my phone with regular music and watched n moved from TV. 😂
