  • Power Walk March Aerobics Exercise is a 45 Minute High Energy Fast Pace workout at 150 BPM. This will challenge and help you get your steps in. You brisk walk, brisk march or jog. Burn off COV19 Weight Gain and Labor Day Weekend Party Food! This workout with enhance your cardio vascular system which will improve your health. It is recommended to exercise at least 20 minutes day to be healthy and fit. What does fit means? It means to be healthy enough to do everyday chores without a struggle.     Good workout!
    I am 5'0 and weigh about 132 lbs. My fitbit reads 6291 steps with 757 calories burned. Not bad for 45 minutes! Thank you for sharing your energy!!

    Hiii.. I came across ur channel searching for walk at home workouts.. I had been doing Leslie since long n hv lost a lot with her workouts.. Body kinda got used to it..     Love love love to do this workout. The end combos really give this an aerobics feel and get my heart rate up! I like that there are not dance moves since I exercise on carpeting and it is hard to dance when you have inside tennis shoes and working out on carpeting. Thanks for this and FYI, it always gives me 5,000 plus steps!

    Paul, I love this workout and do it several times a week. I usually get close to 5,000 steps in with this video! I LOVE when you do the combos at the end (around the 40-minute mark). I like how they are kind of long and you repeat them a lot so that I have a chance to get used to them and I feel like I am really getting good aerobic activity in. Thank you so much!

    Paul, love this high energy video workout. You are a pleasure to work out with. I appreciate your kind nature. I love when you add repetitions, like walking up, the side to side, leg curls, etc.... It is fun to do the sequences. Thank you so much. I love that you are in Pittsburgh. I grew up (many years ago!) in Donora. Lots of Pittsburgh ties and I am a big Steeler fan even though I live in the Cleveland area now. Thanks again! By the way i get in almost 5,000 steps with this workout, I do jog on some of the moves.
