Paul Eugene, I want to thank you for helping me lose 10 lb and keep it off. Days I don't feel like exercising, you always make me feel like doing it anyway. Question for you-since I lost the weight I have upper arm batwings. I am doing your vidoes with 1.5 lb weights. Is there anything else I can do to tighten up my upper arms? Thanks in advance for sharing your expertise!
Thanks. The batwings need to be challenged by doing exercises for triceps. A challenging move would be seated dips. That is lowering your body toward the floor with knees bend with your hands griping the chair as you lower your body and pull yourself back up. Is that clear?

@@PaulEugeneHi Paul ( lovely name) When I was searching for "gospel workout " on UA-cam your much older videos on your chanel came up. I selected them coz I am over 50 yrs and really enjoy those . Especially the encouraging words of God you give in those videos. You have many other videos I can choose from so 'no sweat' ..actually I do sweat doing those workouts 😅 . I really just thought you are not aware but I now understand you are FULLY aware .. Thank you for your advice , I checked on my grip and found that it is still fully anchored on the Rock of ages Jesus Christ. Shalom🧡
