I think my sacral chakra had been damaged a lot, with this meditation it made me realize the extent of the damage. I thought I wasn't able to see it but after the meditation I was able to see my sacral chakra glow orange! This was an amazing cleansing meditation!

At the beginning of this video I had a pain in the left side of my mid-back. Throughout the meditation, it moved a bit and finally came out. I literally felt a tingling prickly sensation and when that subsided the pain was gone 😮❤ thanks for the healing 😊

After this meditation, i felt a release of tension coming from my belly area sacral chakra… i arised feeling renewed and much more joyful :’) . For many years now, i havent had much sexual drive, ive felt depressed and ive struggled with a cannabis addiction (which helped me feel better at the beginning) ive realized that to fully heal, be able to manifest feel and feel 100% happy i have to bring all my chakras to balance. Sacral chakra has been my biggest issue, i will continue doing this meditation thank you!!
I feel this my part feels like pure white energy and sacral is clean and misery programs are releasing!

Absolutly l💓ve this!!!! Possibly my favourite. It couldn't have been more relevant for me right now as I start to thaw out, from what I only recently realised, is trauma. Finally, at the age of 40, I'm starting to feel my emotions.

Sitting on a top of moving smoothly orange light energy wheel, in the flame 🔥 of energy uprising from the wheel through all my body, nice warm and smooth like milk.... 🧘🏻♀️ And it wasn’t cat or dog for me there, 😉it was a fox 🦊 with an amazing tail.
