I cried with the release of emotion, and weight that no longer serves me when visualizing the rocks I had to let go of in the stream. Envisioning the person I spent the last 2-3 years with, the separation is painful but the lessons I learned because of him are priceless and valuable. Because of him I know my true worth, and I know what I'll never tolerate again. The relationship I had woth this man offered me a rebirth. I never knew what was jn store for me when I met him, but my spirit guides were there all along. Knowing what my journey would entail. And I made it out alive, even after being cheated on and lied to, manipulated, being homeless, losing family, even after being hospitalized in March. And every other thing I went through this year. I'm still here and somehow reunited with my healing. Thank you for this video, it really impacted me in the most beautiful way.

I pray for those who are suffering physically and mentally will be healed. You are not alone in your depression , we were there and others too. The only thing you can do is to not give up life. I got out of depression and illness because of healing music. Now I am making my own music to help those who are in darkness.

Jason, you have no idea how much you are helping me, my husband of 49 years has just died. He battled complex kidney failure for a long time . He is now thankfully at peace and has no more pain, But Im falling apart , not sleeping and eating junk not cooking properly !
But then ~~ you crossed my mind ! I have listened and followed your guidance many times when going through my personal experiences, And here I am again ~asking for your support and guidance getting back into my body’s natural sleep patterns , I trust you and know that you will help me thru

Thank you, Jason Stephenson! This is my favorite video of yours. You have helped me sleep without pain or worry with so many of your wonderful videos. Using this one every night for a while is making a difference. It is actually helping me feel better all day. I found that I can actually use parts of this as a positive, healing, energizing way to start the morning as well. Waterfall images are great in addition to the healing light. Putting down the heavy stones and then washing out my brain and body in the flowing water makes such a difference. “Healing, Gratitude , Energy, Vitality, Clarity…” I get up with a smile on my face!

Jason, I had a dream of you. It was in a lovely parlor that had natural light, books, pillows, comfortable seating - lots to feel free and put one at ease - all the while tiny space. The windows brought in expansiveness and so much golden light. A happy, comforting, hopeful feeling that was surrounded in an ever-changing indoors-to-outdoors to ever explore. The brink of imagination enrolled and sealed in balance of one's whole being. We chatted. You decidedly went outdoors and I sat absorbing all the goodness of how it is. A second person entered and that's where the dream fades.... Thank you for helping me sleep for a lifetime!! 💖
