In my research I've learned that the sacral chakra can be blocked in people who have experienced betrayal by another person. Particularly if the betrayal happened when they were a baby or a child, this can leave the person with a lifelong feeling of guilt, shame, or unworthiness, which many people never examine or even identify. I have epilepsy too. I started having tonic clonics while teaching at an elementary school. I never had them before until I started teaching. I only have them at school. I just had an open myomectomy surgery on my uterus for the removal of a large tumor… I’m 6 days post op and it’s been excruciating. @@ari.kourkouta hello, I had them and I did a deep lifestyle change progressively: cut down animal products that could contain hormones like dairy, chicken and other meats, eggs => have them organic instead and preferably remove milk from your diet. Grass fed butter or cheese is ok from time to time. Organic / grass fed meats generally are not given harmful hormones and antibiotics. Eat more plant based foods especially phytoestrogen containing plants : fennel seeds, flax, sesame seeds and fennugreek. (Use them for baking or cooking, otherwise as some energy ball thing you can look up moroccan "sellou" recipe for this.) Exercise more, do yoga or dance take relaxing baths or do whatever activity makes you feel inner peace, bliss, joy. Good courage 👍😘 BTW I had no period sometimzs for 8 months and after 3 years of this process when I stopped birth control I was pregnant only after 2 months, and now my baby is 3 months old 🥰🙏 so grateful and wish you all the best 💗

Have been working on my sacral chakra this week after having major camping & ibs every time I eat. Turned this on not expecting much, just some orange glow relaxation but immediately felt chills throughout my body & pulsating/twitches/knocking in my legs/hips/pelvis/sacrum. when I was in high school, I was severely punished for coming out to my friend and for sharing a kiss with her. My parents isolated me for the entire summer and the only thing I was allowed to see and interact with was their rage. The next year, I would get horrible stomach aches at school and constantly worry about whether girls thought i was staring at them or n if they though I was preying on them because they could somehow sense my attraction to women. I have epilepsy too. I started having tonic clonics while teaching at an elementary school. I never had them before until I started teaching. I only have them at school. Mine have been controlled since October 18, 2018. I do still take keppra, but I'm now off Fycompa ( no seizures). Keep meditating (all chakras up to the crown). It helps me. Much love to you 💞💞💞

For men, these chakras are negatively charged (think about it as an electric battery. Both genders have opposite charges).

I just had an open myomectomy surgery on my uterus for the removal of a large tumor… I’m 6 days post op and it’s been excruciating. I’ve since been focusing on listening to the 288 hz before I go to sleep and I focus on healing my sacral chakra and my womb. @@ari.kourkouta hello, I had them and I did a deep lifestyle change progressively: cut down animal products that could contain hormones like dairy, chicken and other meats, eggs => have them organic instead and preferably remove milk from your diet. Grass fed butter or cheese is ok from time to time. Organic / grass fed meats generally are not given harmful hormones and antibiotics. Eat more plant based foods especially phytoestrogen containing plants : fennel seeds, flax, sesame seeds and fennugreek. (Use them for baking or cooking, otherwise as some energy ball thing you can look up moroccan "sellou" recipe for this.)
Exercise more, do yoga or dance take relaxing baths or do whatever activity makes you feel inner peace, bliss, joy.

I was a heroin addict and crack cocaine addict for 15 years. 2 years clean now and the pre Krishna conscious me-never thought it was possible and here I am by the living grace of the Supreme Lord. Nourish your body, pinpoint anything that your body may intolerate. Figure out what traumas have caused you to be so blocked. Ask the universe why is it putting you through this, reflect on it. Accept where you are now and accept yourself for being you. Do whatever it takes to be at peace because we all deserve it! You WILL succeed! Give up. Rest yourself, and then when you are ready again, get back up to keep trying! Keep moving forward! There are no rules to healing yourself as long as you are not hurting anyone! The bigger your imagination, the greater the freedom!

Have been working on my sacral chakra this week after having major camping & ibs every time I eat. Turned this on not expecting much, just some orange glow relaxation but immediately felt chills throughout my body & pulsating/twitches/knocking in my legs/hips/pelvis/sacrum. when I was in high school, I was severely punished for coming out to my friend and for sharing a kiss with her. My parents isolated me for the entire summer and the only thing I was allowed to see and interact with was their rage. The next year, I would get horrible stomach aches at school and constantly worry about whether girls thought i was staring at them or n if they though I was preying on them because they could somehow sense my attraction to women. I didnt know this had to do with my sacral Chakra. Listening to this music makes me laugh with joy 😂. I am going to accept myself 🧜♀️
