No lie I had a out of body experience listening to this and I'm not crazy I seen my self multiple times at one point doing multiple things at another moment I watched my body disconnect as if it were getting recharge or something idk how to explain it but one thing that's easy to explain is I watched me lay in a grave looking up at peace to the stars and later becoming one my body vanished away but I became land animals birds wind i seen life everlasting definitely felt like i got a message out to the universe and this was my first time actually connecting or really meditation thank u

I have been using guided meditations for the last 3 years, and I absolutely love this one. I had my first OOB experience with this one, though I have been trying to have 1 for years. It was almost instant that I had use of my 3rd eye. I have NEVER experienced that before, and quite honestly, I almost thought people were bullshitting others when they claimed to have that type of experience. Unfortunately, I don't remember a ton of my experience, but I remember enough to be changed for the better. Thank you so much for this meditation!
This was so long. Before entering the library there was a godess with an orange dress. She allowed me inside. Later there was a white animal ish spirit guide on my shoulder. When I opened the book I was getting a hit of trauma releases about my dad leaving me when I was a child . Then I asked about why I am so unhappy and that's because I don't love myself. I eat because it's my comfort. I need to focus on my purpose more and go out alone instead of with others. (Photography in my case). I feel so much lighter. It was hard to keep focused though at some point it took too long for me and my ego took over. But overall great experience. I felt so much vibrations

Last time I was listening this video I visited in a place where I made a choice not to follow guidance outside of me but inside of me. Therefore my body was killed by the leaders of that place, but I was immediately brought back by my spirit guides through some kind of 'turbulens'. At that point I woke up in my bed to wonder what just happend. Now listening that again, lets see if there's something to be shown for me at this time🤗🤔
Hi! I did this mediation today. I have done it before but it was so magical and healing and light today. I even skipped the relaxing part and just started at the library. I was there in a split second. I saw all versions of me and past lives and guides and angels and …everyone was so happy to see me. The one thing that was so important for me to realize was that there was not a single thing about my jobs in the akashic records. It is just so idiotic that I even expected that 😂. I haven’t felt this light for months. Thanks so much ❤❤❤
I was skeptical at first...during meditation lying down I was in and out of consciousness 20min in... I half woke and had a light shaky sensation all over my body then went back under...this was an unbelievable experience and I felt lighter and more peaceful waking up. A friend of mine said it could be Kriya (releasing of psychological karmic energy?) it would be great to know other theories of the shaking... Thank you.
I had kinda similar experience. My hands were moved over my body and under my hands there was that 'shakiness' like ultrasound which felt like dentis drilling my teeth but in my body🤔😜 that hole thing was like I was going through a healing session with my body🤔

After 10-15 minutes I felt my left hand being pulled up through my sheets and a rush of energy from my shoulder to my hip. I freaked out and took my sleep mask off and mo one was there. Minutes after I felt like someone was hanging over me. I'll try again tonight.
Many thanks for this meditation. It was very intense for me and I drifted off to sleep. However I do recollect the intense episodes but could not be conscious for the resolution. I guess it was not meant for now. 😊

So I kept drifting in to a dream state and I missed getting my soul name. I was asking how I can hold on to my self esteem/ability to believe in myself. All I remember was to "get the shingles vaccine " was oddly one of them. I don't remember anything else. I hope I still got the benefit. Still, for a first try I feel really happy with that. This is a really well thought out and well made video. Thank you for making it. 💌

Hi Lisa, Thank you so much! WRT nightmares, there can be something that is being released via catharsis during the process, oftentimes like a wound being cleared out so that healthy tissue can grow back, the mind uses nightmares to get rid of the emotional gangrene, so to speak. There could have been something mentioned that somehow evoked an old memory or wound to heal. I never ever use anything but safe imagery but we never know what the mind can bring up. I did a spirit guide meditation last night and kept getting a stabbing pain in my left shoulder blade unbearable could not ignore it tried my best it finally subsided! Different yt channel!
Half way through the video but couldn’t really see anything but this green light in my minds eye. I couldn’t really focus bc ppl kept coming in and out of the room. I don’t really have much privacy but I wish I did bc I felt like I was so close uggggh.

I saw pillers of golden fire and the name Iliana and the library wasa giant obilisk or pyramid and the book had musical notes and I saw rolling mountains filled with trees and a native girls face and the Flower of life. It was Amazing I have a pretty gnarly head ache now tho.
The other two questions didn’t have a clear answer. like few images of 2 unknown people came to me and one symbol that looks like a snail, plus an Indian text in one of the books. But it’s very interesting and amusing journey! Like I couldn’t even imagine sth like that few years ago. Like the experience gives more than just answers to me, like the liberating and lightning feelings. Thank you and thanks to the universe and light forms and the akashic lords for this great opportunity. Also!! I know my soul name now! It’s called sidar It showed up suddenly I wasn’t even sure if that was a name.. but I googled it and it means the shadow of tree in Kurdish 🥰

I received tons of random downloads. I wrote everything i heard down and now ill try to piece it all together to form a message. Alot of repeated words and sentences. Some things were straightforward messages while others were random words or short sentences. I couldn't quite keep an established connection. Had alot of external disturbances. (Even my own mind became a disturbance at times.) My head hurts now prolly from all that disconnecting and reconnecting that kept happening
