I just had the most intense dream with this video playing in my headphones. I don’t remember all of it but the things I do remember…..just wow. I’ve been reading all these comments and it’s definitely amazing how many different experiences we’ve had. I don’t remember the first half of it for sure. I woke up once in the middle of it and fell back asleep but this video definitely came for my like in the way of showing me the issues I’m struggling with internally and telling me shit about myself I kinda already knew but really needed to recognize and hear 😅😅 I’m sad bcux I’m not sure who my angles were during this time. I fell asleep while listening to this I have a lot going on and have a lot to heal what I had happen to me was An awesome experience like I said I fell asleep I woke up and my right hand was vibrating like if you took your hand and put it on an engine how you feel the vibration but it was just my hand it was vibrating and pulsing my other hand was numb but I could feel The energy is just flowing through my right hand it was crazy all I can think through this meditation I was truly healing it might sound a little crazy but it was awesome thank you❤️
When I awoke, I remember seeing my ex father in law in my dream, that past away many years ago. He was a wonderful sweet man. What a blessing if he is watching over me.
This gave me the most intense dream within a dream within a dream type thing, I had to count my fingers to make sure I was actually away. I kept feeling like I was being pulled out of bed, and maybe that was my brain's interpretation of pulling negativity from me
Hi Sarah! (Or anyone else who may be able to provide some insight.) I love these guided meditations, but I always have trouble relaxing my forehead and the muscles behind my eyes as I'm listening along. I assume this is from built up stress and tension I hold on to unconsciously during my day, because the only time I become conscious of it is when I'm listening along and trying to get to sleep. Is there any advice you can give to help relax the brow? It's frustrating, and so hard to not focus on it, as the rest of my body is completely relaxed and limp. I just had the most intense dream with this video playing in my headphones. I don’t remember all of it but the things I do remember…..just wow. I’ve been reading all these comments and it’s definitely amazing how many different experiences we’ve had. I don’t remember the first half of it for sure. I fell asleep while listening to this I have a lot going on and have a lot to heal what I had happen to me was An awesome experience like I said I fell asleep I woke up and my right hand was vibrating like if you took your hand and put it on an engine how you feel the vibration but it was just my hand it was vibrating and pulsing my other hand was numb but I could feel The energy is just flowing through my right hand it was crazy all I can think through this meditation I was truly healing it might sound a little crazy but it was awesome thank you❤️

Perfection.
When I awoke, I remember seeing my ex father in law in my dream, that past away many years ago. He was a wonderful sweet man. What a blessing if he is watching over me.
This gave me the most intense dream within a dream within a dream type thing, I had to count my fingers to make sure I was actually away. I kept feeling like I was being pulled out of bed, and maybe that was my brain's interpretation of pulling negativity from me
I felt like I was floating. It was the neatest feeling!
Hi Sarah! (Or anyone else who may be able to provide some insight.) I love these guided meditations, but I always have trouble relaxing my forehead and the muscles behind my eyes as I'm listening along. I assume this is from built up stress and tension I hold on to unconsciously during my day, because the only time I become conscious of it is when I'm listening along and trying to get to sleep. Is there any advice you can give to help relax the brow? It's frustrating, and so hard to not focus on it, as the rest of my body is completely relaxed and limp. Does anyone else have this issue, or am I just weird?😅 Thanks in advance for any and all help, and thank you Sarah for these beautiful meditations!🙏🏻 Namaste.
Okay, so scrunch your eyebrows in a serious frown, then raise your eyebrows, hold for 2/3 mins, as high as you can get then then finally let them drop. Your forehead should feel heavy as lead!
