    Great vlog, you do exactly what is right for you, I will always support you whatever you do, it’s not just about the plan you do, but actually you! The baked oats looked lush so going to try that one 😊 I have constantly changed from SW, WW and CC lol but also starting with my own coach on 22nd with Fraser Reynolds 12x so that will be another new start lol 😂 you are doing the best you can with life, family, everyday struggles ! Those Aero bars looked very nice ❤ Also can’t wait to get my cc tracker x

    Hi hun. I’ve got some quark for the 1st time. I’ve made a homemade hummus and it’s great 😊. I might use some for the baked oats you’re doing.
    I’m the same. I need a sweet treat in the evening. I also getting hungry around 3-4 pm. ❤
    I’m exactly the same hun. I chop and change. You’re just honest about everything. We all have our struggles. You’re like me, you know it’s a calorie deficit to lose weight, it’s just tricky. I’ve even had meal replacement shakes to try and lose weight. I think with you and i we want the weight off fast ❤❤❤❤❤xxxxxxxx

      I think j quark is brilliant so versatile. I use it to make creamy pasta or topped over fruit. I’m not the hugest fan of cottage cheese but you can’t taste it in baked oats and it’s good for protein. It’s so hard to find ways of losing weight and sticking to it. It was so much easier when I was younger 🤣❤️❤️❤️🌟

    Lifes hard enough with out other peoples negativity .you do what ever it takes to lose your excess weight .like we all do are journey is are own . Chin up and carry on hun ❤
