L did got to group in 2014 l.lost 4st but l got very unwell end u in hospital lam back on it from home l got old book from sw lam doing very well made homemade soup yesterday

I absolutely love group, the ladies in my group are absolutely amazing makes me feel like I'm just going seeing a bunch of friends apart from the whole getting on the scales 😂. Listen just keep going it's your own journey no one else's x

You’re lovely inside and out. Unfortunately the trolls 👿 lurk about everywhere hun. I want to go to Disney world too. Isabelle is 10 so still would enjoy it as loves Disney. In fact I would as an adult lol 😂. It’s so expensive though. Even Paris Disney looks expensive ❤❤xxx
