I have been doing the slimming world on my own for years. I don't want to pay for weighting and recipes. And I was successful. I just bought the magazines now again. And made recipes plans. And save half of my sins and enjoy them on the weekends.

Lost 2.5lbs this week after 4 weeks of gains, very pleased because I don't feel like iv done anything different, it's just finally starting to work. Im calorie counting, but in a very small deficit, I have problems with binge and restrict, so trying to keep it real.
