Something that helped me to get over what the scale said was to weigh daily. When I saw how much we fluxuate in weight, especially around our periods, it was harder to be upset about it. Half a pound a week is 26 lbs at the end of the year. I have to remind myself there is no rush. We have our whole lives to get a little better everyday. Good luck and i am rooting for you!
I’ve heard others say that weighing daily can be beneficial. I’m trying to remind myself this is a lifestyle change and not a quick diet xx

I think if your not in the right mindset and feeling 100% determined and motivated no matter if you do sw, ww, calorie counting 75 days soft or personal coaching, nothing will work.
I've constantly changed to different plans, I always end up back on slimming wold
Because its the easiest, but still struggle because I want to eat what I want and lose weight 😂
You are absolutely right. If you aren’t in the right mindset nothing will work. I also think it’s finding what fits into your lifestyle ❤️❤️

Great vlog, Danielle. It will take time for your body to adapt to your new regime and it’s great that you have the support of your coach to talk you through things. It is hard to change your mindset when you are used to doing other diets but I’m sure it will click into place eventually. I would love to see daily vlogs as it gives me ideas on what meals to have, well done xx

Hey fran! You are right the last few months have been hard trying to stick to any form of diet. I do struggle with food and emotional eating so it can be a tricky journey sometimes. But as long as I don’t give up xx

I know what you mean with a sweet treat. I’ve actually got some dates in. They’re meant to be nice with peanut butter. Your yoghurt dish looks great. The chocolate freedom syrup is delicious.

You have done really well hun. I actually think I may throw the scales out as they’re up and down and I always beat myself up. I think when we yo yo diet we do get obsessed with the scales. I think it’s about having good habits etc and it takes time. I’m one of those people that want results straightaway. You’re doing well hun. Keep up the good 😊 work xxxx
I’m the same Claire. If I don’t see the results I think I’ve failed but that’s absolutely not the case. There’s so many yummy puddings you can make with dates. ❤️❤️
