Ingredients Required to Prepare Cucumber and Carrot noodles: 1:27
Cucumber
Carrot
Chopped Bell Pepper
Chopped Onion
Chopped Tomato
1 tsp Noodles Masala
Chilli Powder & Salt as per taste
Crushed Coriander seeds
How to prepare Cucumber and Carrot noodles? 1:45
Firstly we need to cucumber and carrot spirals using spiralizer.
Take bowl, add 2 tsp oil, cumin seeds, chopped Bell pepper, chopped onion and mix them.
Add 1 tbsp of tomato chopped into very small pieces and cook for 1 min.
Add carrot spirals, salt, chilli powder, Crushed coriander seeds.
Add Noodles Masala, After adding masala, mix well and switch off the flame.
Finally add cucumber spirals and mix well.
Healthy and delicious carrot and cucumber noodles are ready :)

Rishika Agrawal you can cut the cucumber and carrot into thin slices and prepare it. Also, Spiralizer is very easy to get online.
