Great workout, once again, I wish the person teaching this was in the 65+ age group. It's easy at her age, lets consider someone 65.

I workout with a group at a gym. I’m 74 and there’s a 88 and 91 yr olds in the class. The instructor is young and we do what we can but she motivates us.

More more more of this kind of workout please: Good low-impact cardio, no chatter other than move directions, great rhythmic music (without words) to keep us motivated. I love SS because you cater to those of us at all levels who want to be fit without exhausting or hurting ourselves. I want to say, though, that there really are those of us seniors who want slightly longer cardio sessions, maybe 20-40 minutes would be perfect. Thanks for all you do for us!

Came home after walking 2.7 miles in my neighborhood and did this work out. I have to say it was grand. Left my family room soaking wet.
@@silversneakers Some of us don't qualify for the live sessions. I guess plain Medicare isn't enough. This videos have been very helpful in the meantime.
Love this one! Easy to do 3-4 times a day due to the good beat and no "filler" chatter.
@SilverSneakers: channel is appreciated. The videos can be a motivating factor in an older person benefiting from fitness that can extend their lives. Whatever reason just actively do something to keep yourself healthy.

Thanks Dina for a great workout. Took me a of times to get it all - definitely faster arm or larger arm movements which kinda threw me off at first - but now I have it. Really helps me get in lots of steps.
1,200 steps may not seem like much, but it's great exercise in between desk jobs, as well as for frail, elderly people and after illness. Thank you for your training.💛

I am just getting back into exercise which I have ignored the past years. This is such a great video for me to help get back into exercise, especially since where I live is over 100 degrees lately. Right now it is 104 degrees, but feels like 107.

Thanks for this, I've been doing senior's aerobics through UA-cam for a couple of years. Like a lot of old guys, I find the tempo changes challenging but that's part of the benefit in the long-run.

I just did this then the abs workout with same instructor. Theses are great. All of the workouts can be modified as needed. I am 71.

I always took your classes when my insurance covered it. I wish there was a SS ZUMBA full class for people that can only do on demand or U-tube. 45 minutes of cardio.

If fact there is! It's called Zumba Gold. A special Zumba format designed for Seniors, low impact and it can be performed on a chair too. Silver Sneakers Zumba is not possible because they are different brands, it's like if you liked to have a "coca-cola pepsi": Not possible 🤷🏼♀️
