    Good to see same exercise I do in PT for balance and strength. It makes it easier to really be able to follow at home. Thank you. Clear easy voice... I dislike background music.

    Very nice, relaxing presentation with music that isn't too loud and distracting. Would like to see a side view of the squats.

    Excellent, professional instructor with a soft voice and quiet, unobtrusive music in the background.
    My only suggestion and request is to please turn to the side when doing a squat. I was told by my physical therapist that I wasn’t doing my squats quite correctly, so it’s helpful if I can see how they’re properly done. (I am 66 and have osteoporosis of the left hip.)
    Thank you so much for these videos!

      I think SilverSneakers has a video of how to do a squat properly. I know they have videos on the correct way to do other types of exercise moves. Hope this helps.

    How long does it take to improve bone density?

  • @peggyallum7201
    @peggyallum7201 2 роки тому +2

    Need to clarify that you labelled your wrist exercises opposite of the muscles being strengthened: When palms are facing up, you are strengthening the wrist flexors of the forearm; when palms are facing down, you are working the wrist extensors of the forearm. If uncertain check an anatomy book. Otherwise very good concentrated exercises. Excellent to combine with a cardio workout. Thank you.
