    Please turn off the fairy lights at the back, it's such a distraction and pain for the eyes since it keeps moving and also it puts you in a darker foreground

      Hey! This could be because of your diet and lack of exercise.
      So maybe you are eating way more than what you should be. You might want to go on a calorie deficit and exercise more.
      Walking helps lose thigh fat fast. But don't overdo it.
      But all in all, if you really want to lose weight then you should visit a professional.

      @@akankshapriya9838 breakfast fast ... fruit bowl or besan chilla or suji chilla or brown bread sandwich then in lunch multigrain chapati with sabzi curd and salad then in evening green tea with some diet bhel and in the dinner the sabzi or dal my mother made ...I eat that ....with this diet I did exercise also after following 2 months this diet ..I started eating on of my favourite snacks or food once in 3 week ...I eat that snack in morning or in afternoon not in evening or in dinner
