    These exercises actually work, I'm 5'3'' and my lower back fat was a lot. I did these exercises for around 5 days and i can see the difference, I'll be continuing these and update the results soon.

    Day 1 : ✅ walked for 30-40 mins. Did 1000 skipping. Also did a thigh and upper body workout. Felt good.
    Day 2 : ✅ My obliques were on fire. Literally it pained soo much. First day felt nothing but today it was 😵. Still managed to complete it. Also walked and did 1200 skipping today. And thigh and upper body workout too.
    Day 3 : ✅ My waist was paining also.😵‍💫 did the workout once along with my regular workout. The first 2 exercises are very hard to do.
    Day 4 : ✅ It was a bit easier today. Will increase the number of reps tomorrow maybe.
    Day 5 : Rest day.
    Day 6 : ✅ It was more easier today but the second exercise is a bit tough for me.
    Day 7 : ✅ Did more number of reps today.
    Day 8 : skipped
    Day 9 : skipped due to periods
    Day 10 : skipped
    Day 11 : ✅
    Day 12 : skipped
    Day 13 : ✅
    Day 14 : rest
    Day 15 , 16 : skipped due to college
    Day 17 : ✅

    Hi sowmya sis a big hiiiiiiiiii from supriya ,,,I want share my story here the problems I faced ,,,ya being pregnant is the awesome moment in women's life i also got more pampered from husband and my mom u wont believed before delivery i was around 107 kg omg😨that was too heavy after delivery I weigh around 89 kgs this was the moment I felt insecure no motivation guilty regret about myself the taunt start from my husband and every one when u gonna loose ur weight so I joined gym 3months lost around 3kgs but after leaving gym lost 3kgs was added up

    No motivation
    No support really I was frustrated like this I was watching youtube I saw ur videos why not to follow you through insta youtube I started to follow now 6 months back I started see some changes from 89 to 80 kgs currently with ur diet plan and 45days exercises thank you so much sis proud of you,,,,like me for thousand of people's your helping your inspiration you are motivator and role model thank you so much sis
