I SAW your thanksgiving turkey video.... i have a question ...DO YOU SALT THE TURKEY?? You didnt salt nor pepper it in the video... or only with the bacon is enough?
The Italian grandfather I never had luv this king living legend and I'm black lol but all of my brothers are Italian or mixed we get along like the mob in the movies we spent so much time togeth er as kids there's no doubt in my heart or mind all of his recipes are over 100 years old.
Thank you, Chef Pasquale for your wonderful recipes, and your uplifting spirit. I pray for your continual good health, and for your family also. Because of you, I am bulding an arsenal of delicious recipes. Keep the recipes coming. 🙏😊
I love this recipe I’ve made it a few times but I use a lb of ground beef and one lb of sweet Italian sausage,it’s sooo good, thanks my favorite tutor Pasquale Oh yeah baby Cin Cin!
He’s so adorable ❤️I’d love to have him as my neighbor and cook with me. My grandpa was 100% Italian but my grandma was 100% polish so back then my grandma had to learn to cook like my grandpas mother( I would kick my husband’s butt if he told me that when we got married) but times have changed. I’m glad I learned as a kid to cook like this! My husband is too. He never had any real Italian food at home just ragu🤢he loves my sauce and lasagna. Thank grandma I miss you❤️ I never cared for polish food but I learned that too.
Wow that's crazy, my grandpa was 100% Italian and my grandma was 100% Polish also. Both have passed away now. And I have an old recipe book from my Grandma. It's packed full of my Grandpas mothers recipes, most of which were Italian. There were also Polish dishes too, which like you.. I dont really care for 🤣 small world. You don't happen to be from Jersey too right? 🤣
I made your Ziti tonight! Changed it up a bit by adding ground pork sausage to the sauce then at the last 10 minutes, on top of the mozzarella I added bread crumbs for that toasted crunch. Thank you for sharing your awesome recipes 😋
Looks lovely! We used ricotta for many years until one day when we realized we'd forgotten to buy it. Looking around in desperation, we discovered we had goat cheese (chevre). We used it because there was nothing else, but it was amazing and tangy. Haven't gone back! But otherwise our recipe is similar!
I love your way of mixing all the ingredients together instead of just plopping them on separately. I deliberately crisp up the ziti on top bc we like the slightly burnt ones! Cin cin!
this is an entirely new way of assembling the ziti and it looks wonderful. Such a great technique. I am making ziti tomorrow and going to follow this recipe! Love your work.
I've made this dish several times and it comes out successful and delicious every time! Oh, so good. I've used a different sauce recipe but next time I'm going to try his meat sauce recipe.
Cín cín, Pasqualé! I just put the finishing touches on my lasagna (your recipe) and now I’m making the Pasta al Forno. Christmas dinner is going to be beautiful! Salute!
Mille Grazie Papa Pasquale! Please do an episode from the Arthur Avenue market in the Bronx. I’m sure we would all love to see you visit the most authentic Italian market in America. Mike Greco’s son would be happy to show you around and I’m sure he would be honored to see you!
This is Pefect! for those left over different open bags of pasta sitting in bottom of the cupboard, im definitly going to make this thanks for the idea. looks Delish!
I'm soooooooooooo sorry that I'm not a next door neighbour to Chef Pasquale! BRAVO Chef, and anyone who doesn't like let alone LOVE Italian cuisine isn't human at all in my book....
Made this gem again tonight for the 3rd time in the past 6 months. I made an error and cooked up a half lb of ground beef instead of the 1/4 lb called for. Where's the beef? Well, it's in this Baked Ziti! Seriously, who in their right mind is going to complain about a 1/4 lb more beef? We should all be so lucky😂 Anyways, it was phenomenal just as the previous cooks. Crazy delicious and easy to put together. Thank you Pasquale. Cin-Cin!🍷
Hey Pasquale 😊 I want to sit at your table! 🍷🍝 Don't believe you've seen in a couple of reply posts, but Congratulations on yet another TV Debut 👏 😀 I was so happy to see you being featured. So deserving of! 🙌 😍🌟 Thanks for sharing your delicious recipe. Congratulations on Your Wine Brand 🐻!!

In New England they've used cottage cheese for generations. I've experimented with Philadelphia and Boursin and both worked better than expected.
