You make my heart happy :) All of my Italian relatives are slowly leaving this earth and it makes me sad. I still have some in Italy but who knows if I will ever make it there to see them. Thank you for this videos and making me feel home!
My grandma was from Sicilia. She used to make me a big pan of lasagna every year for my birthday. Hers was unique and better than any I've ever been able to find at restaurants. She passed in 2022 and since then I've been on a lasagna hiatus. This looks eerily similar to hers. Can't wait to try it. Thank you.
I love him! All my grandparents spoke Italian! One Grandpop who came to America at 16 years old never got the hang of English! I would watch his hands move so I could see what he was saying. My husband who wished he was Italian, understood every word. Go figure! Lol this man reminds me of my Dad who is now in Heaven. They are SO CUTE!
I made this lasagna for my son's birthday dinner yesterday and he and my grandson loved it!! It was so easy to make I was surprised. I always thought that making lasagna was too much work to make. Not anymore! Thank you for sharing such and easy and tasty recipe.
Lol he cracks me up always I a beautiful happy mood, he makes me feel good watching him good his traffic recipes is amazing finger licking good yum. I will try this just cheese Lasagna. . ..
I love watching your videos the accent the dancing 🕺🏻 the wine 🍷 & the authentic Italian way of cooking that reminds me of my mom & dad who are from Bari, Italy…my dad with the dancing & the wine & my mom in that kitchen always cooking I’m so glad she taught me many Italian dishes! But watching your videos gives me the brush up I need some little steps that I may have forgotten! You make me smile every time! Thank you! ♥️
It’s both sad and beautiful to see how many people watch him to remind them of their grandparents gone or grandparents they didn’t have a chance to know. You bring such joy to so many people. May God Bless with a long long life!
It's the best...I make it for family parties and everyone runs to have it!!! It's always gone....I've told family members to follow his channel here... They are Huge followers.. As well
It's like having an Italian Grandfather, sadly my Grandfather who was Italian from Palermo died before I was born, my Grandmother from my Father's side died when I was still a baby, so I don't remember her, I've only seen pictures of them both, my Grandmother I've seen holding me in pictures, My Mom says she used to put a handkerchief on my head because she believed I was getting a draft, IDK.
My mother's family is from Basilicata. And her lasagna was very similar. The only difference was that she never used meat. But Pasquale doesn't use a whole lot of meat. Mom would make the lasagna with sauce and ricotta and mozartella and pecorino. And then we had sausage from the crock pot that was simmering all day with the sauce. We love you! Pasquale God bless
Oh Lasagna. A few years back I made the mother of all Lasagna - lots of meat, cheese etc. It cost about $125 in ingredients - even down to making the sauce from roast plum tomatoes with garlic and basil. It was awesome. One slice was a meal in itself. But this one with the mozzarella, pecorino cheeses must be awesome too.
I enjoy cooking so much!" I have been cooking with my momma since I was 12 years old!" My mother is a decendant of the Irish and Cherokee. My father the same. I am one of 18 children of my parents. Food is love, and everything!"
OMG you are such a beautiful soul, i loved your dancing. You make not only my face smile but my heart as well. I thank the universe for people like you!
Using that mixture of ricotta eggs and cheese instead of besciamella is something I had never thought of, but looks awesome! I'll definitely give it a shot! Grazie Chef Pasquale , cincin dall' Italia :)
