What I meant to say that I cut down those preservatives package food that helps me with my nutrition specialist Diet.. sorry to say this I am never going to trust FAASI any more.. they're saying your food is safe, but it's not. Now I am 72kg Year before my weight 85 kg with painful Fatty liver. I did that with low workout and mostly eating, lower my preservatives intake. Yes it really hard to do because everything is added preservatives. I Hope I can keep this up...🙄😬😟

The best diet for weight loss is a low fat whole food plant based diet with about 50 percent raw food . Many doctors including Dr. Neal Barnard , Dr. Joel Fuhrman , Dr. Brooke Goldner, Dr. Nandita Shah recommend this diet to reverse all chronic diseases .
This really works… Eliminating sugar, dairy and gluten got rid of my puffiness and bloating. Also your brain gets trained in the process to not crave these foods. Your taste buds change over time.

Yes doctor, very true. If I want to take a consultation, how to reach out to you? Please note: I had my gallbladder removal surgery and then onwards issues started. Also during my Covid my stomach was affected. So millets don't suit me. I consulted many but it didn't work out. I also did the blood test CRP test( C reactive protein test) to check my inflammation level and it was high.
