What I meant to say that I cut down those preservatives package food that helps me with my nutrition specialist Diet.. sorry to say this I am never going to trust FAASI any more.. they're saying your food is safe, but it's not. Now I am 72kg Year before my weight 85 kg with painful Fatty liver. I did that with low workout and mostly eating, lower my preservatives intake.
