    buttermilk 1 glass = 10 grm
    2 roti (medium size) =7 to 8 grm
    soya chunks (30 grm)=15 grm
    desi cow whole milk (500 ml)=16 to 18 grm
    paneer low fat = 9 grm to 12 ( as per brands)
    chana sattu 2 tablespoon = 6 to 7 grm
    roasted chana (40 grm)=7 grm
    overnight oats (40 grm) =3 to 4 grm
    soaked almonds( 5 pieces) walnuts( 2 pieces)=2 to 3grm protein

      If she is taller than 5'7 then its very normal. One of my friend is 5'8 cause she is slightly shorter than me. Im 5'9. And she weighs 68 kgs but look lean and decent. While im 72 kg but still skinny. Especially in formals

    50 gm paneer itself is 10 gm. Adding 2 medium rotis (3 gm each) would itself mean 16 gm protein in dinner. Similarly in lunch no way it is just 10 gms. Curd even if taken 100 gm would atleast be 3 gm protein. Dal would be 5 gm and 2 rotis 6 gm making total for lunch 14gm protein. You have downplayed 10 gm protein in the day.

      Add curd,paneer or milk 500ml milk/curd with dal,red bean or peas,2-3roti or 150g paneer
      And one egg is less you'll need 4-5

    Only the gym goee and heavy excercise people need weight ×1.5-2g protein. Normal people only need our weight × 1g protein thats it. Atleast body turns extra Protein to fat

      Follow the calorie deficit : 1800-1900 kcal/day according to your body weight.
      Follow balance diet : full of protein, fiber ,carbs , healthy fats.
      And regular weight training & cardio
      U can observe that monthly you lose 2 - 2.5 kg weight.

      Having egg whites only is better as it has way less cholesterol and calories, in comparison to the yolk..also 60% of protein in the egg comes from the whites only so you can just slightly increase the number of whites you have to compensate for the 40% being missed out

      When we sleep, our body does a tally. This is when we recover and hence protein requirement is on day basis. You will need to eat atleast minimum amount per day.

      Protein calculation correct hai. You are probably considering protein from 3rd class protein sources like chapati and 2nd class protein sources like dal. Our body can absorb limited amount of protein from these foods.search PDCAAS.
