Absolutely brilliantly worked for me thank. Say if you wanted to create more would you just do the same steps or would you just create the packed and drop into your original lib?

I haven't touched the SDK or blender in a year. At my age my memory empties pretty fast, so I can't really answer your question. lol Sorry. I'm glad the video helped you out though.

    Thanks for the video!
As soon as I try to load the XML, I get the message "The project could not be loaded." Not sure if everything in this tutorial is still current, or how to troubleshoot.
    Any suggestions?

I know they recently updated the SDK with SU13, so I can't say if they changed something that caused it. I haven't tried importing anything lately. Try joining the facebook group called Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 SDK and Scenery. Those guys can run rings around me and know more than I ever will.

Hi James, reviewing your video and my work. I have installed Blender 3.1 and Asobo exporter 1.1.6. Do you think that would be a problem? I see that you are using Blender 3.3 with Asobo Exporter 1.3.0. Thoughts?

I use Blender 3.1 and the Asobo 1.3 exporter to actually do my work. I only used 3.3 to show how to install the Exporter for the video because I did not want to un-install it from my 3.1.
If I were you, I would get the latest version of the exporter which is of right now, 1.3. If you do upgrade the exporter, make sure you uninstall the old version first. If you have trouble getting rid of it, just re-install Blender and install the exporter. As far as Blender 3.1 or 3.3 is concerned, the difference between those two versions are probably slim to none when it comes to building stuff for the sim. Also, the reason I'm using 3.1 is because when I first started using Blender, the version of the exporter I was using was only guaranteed to work with 3.1. I've since of course upgraded to exporter 1.3, but I stuck with Blender 3.1 because everything is configured like I want and I saw no reason to change to a later version.
