I did some of these with my dad each five times and although we’re sweating like pigs, we did good. This will definitely helps me for next season!! 💕💕😮💨

you're welcome! oh man, that was a very long time ago 😂 I'm going to have to go back and rewatch to see what drills we did! To be honest, I just name them certain things that stick with my memory or made up a bunch of the drills, so they might not have real names lol
Start with the basics! Really break down your jumping form and mechanics, and then get to work building up some relative strength (especially unilateral), hit a lot of plyometric work, and be consistent! :)

It honestly just depends. I'd say just pick a couple to do maybe 5 times, and then you can adjust accordingly!
