    Hello, cool, thank you. I didn't quite understand, in the moment with jumping with dumbbells, it is necessary to try with each jump, to jump as high as possible, right? Or is it not necessary?

      Yes, I typically want the athletes to try to jump as high as they can each time. If each jump isn't the highest they can, sometimes we do momentum jumps where they just continually get higher. But for these, I wanted each jump high

    Should i mix this with cod trainign or shoudl they be seperate days?

      For me, I'd keep CoD separate. Unless you want to hit 2 sessions in a day with some space in between, but I'd probably just keep it separate

      Ooooh I'm not sure about that. I think we have the ability to, but it just depends on which Arsenal team shows up. I really hope so though!
