    U r one of my most favourite trainer. It is true. I have done many more videos of others. But 1st of all ur my besty. I m always searching of urs videos when ivhave nothing to do. Ur each n every exercise inspired me. Such a nice video it is. Thanks a lot Hannah for making incredible work out videos. I am thinking now u have a beautiful garden. Please try on walking on the spot. I think it is also challenging for u. No ways if u not then also use ur garden for making videos.💖💖💁💁

    Added a resistance band to make it even more challenging. It was CRAZZZYY.! But I feel absolutely energized. ⚡

    Yet again another beautiful routine from You Hannah... & again another routine that is perfect to help prep my body for my first post lockdown gym session tomorrow....
    All your routines throughout this odd time has been & will continue to be so beneficial.... Can't tell you how grateful I am..... Don't worry I'm not going anywhere, I'll continue to do your routines on days off from gym 😊

    Another lovely routine🤸‍♀️! Hannah could you include a few adductor exercises, I have had injuries some time ago and need to strengthen those stubborn muscles! 😁

      Moving Mango hey Hanna this what 2 of my freinds reply me ...it is a lower back problem it is a disk between the forth and fifth paragraphs and sciatica caused by that disk ..

      Hi Lina, that sounds kind of serious! Please, has your friend seen a doctor and made sure they're ready to do Pilates? The challenge is that Pilates is primarily a tool to strengthen, stretch and increase the endurance of our muscles. If the pain is physical, or if the sciatica is of certain types, it will make the pain worse. For example, this video here is a gentle stretch, and could be a good starting point though I would caution that they should stop if they even feel a slight bit of pain or discomfort: ua-cam.com/video/ERIf5g1xzgM/v-deo.html. Pilates is about pushing ourselves, and only when we're healthy enough to do so. For people with pain, this can be months of 3-4 gentle well structured workouts/week away. Will try to do another gentle workout soon too, maybe that can be helpful.
