I live on the Northshore of Oahu,Hawaii and am Healthy and lived on Keto 3 years and now Carnivore this year I am 82 years old and live and look 50.

I live on Oahu too! In Ewa. I started carnivore Jan 11th. One day after I heard about this way of eating. I haven’t lost any weight but I do feel good. I think it’s amazing that you are so healthy at your age! Good job!

I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you have additional family around for support at this difficult time. I have been married for 40 years. I can’t imagine being without my husband. We are parents of a sweet, 36 year-old son with special needs and it definitely takes the 2 of us. Good for you for starting carnivore! I will enjoy watching your journey. Prayers to you.

Organisers have been building pavilions over the past three weeks for the biggest "Beef Expo" in the Suthern Hemisphere !!!
It's going to be interesting to find out all about this event that I'm told is held every two years...

Jen I can't get over how much you have changed it blows my mind , I also see a difference in your behavior around Kerry and him around you, you seem much more happy and loving to each other. This is forcing me to become a better carnivore because I haven't had this major change yet but I have been not 100% carnivore which watching Kerry and yourself transform makes me want to stick with it, and become 100% carnivore. I am on my 6th week.
Kerry is a rock.
He is the one that totally got me converted.
I have had 3 heart attacks,
1 stroke and Arthritis , acid reflux, leg cramps, I lost 12 pounds in 5 weeks.
You are inspiring. Relax and enjoy the journey.

I have been dealing with personal problems and I reached out to Kerry hoping perhaps he could help me with a UA-cam channel. He took the time to respond I mean, who does that? Hi Jen! ❤Congratulations to you on Carnivore journey. I started February 6th, 2024. I’ve lost 27.4 pounds so far. I feel so good eating just meat, sour cream, eggs, and bacon. I don’t eat cheese. I only drink water. I’m not a coffee person. I did keto for so many years. On and off. There is so many cravings with keto. I just love how good and satisfying doing carnivore is. ❤❤❤❤❤❤!!! Meet up the good work.
Jen, now that Kerry made bone broth you should make egg drop soup.
Heat up the broth, whisk some eggs. Whisk it into the hot bone broth.
So yummy.
Also fried hard boiled eggs. Brown butter in a pan. Cut eggs in half, put eggs in pan yolk side down. Fry until crispy. Learned that from @lindseymurphy.

It’s also really great to see the way people’s individual personalities come out and shine more and more on the carnivore diet - they’re not just defined by their roles or families or groups, they’re all transforming into inspiring individuals in their own right!
Jen, learning to love one's self takes practice. Look in the mirror every day and tell yourself how much you love yourself. You have a beautiful soul and loving and caring heart, Jen. You have raised four beautiful young women. You have a loving and caring husband who is devoted to you and the children.

Hi Jen, great solo ❤. I’ve fallen off carnivore a little lately, felt really stressed at work, but from tomorrow I have 5 days off and going to see friends in Scotland so I’m going to get back on track next week. I’ll watch this video again for motivation!
Re makeup: I only wear it when a go out, and it’s very minimal. I wear it for myself not for men! I think some men do love the all fake look, but most I think prefer more natural. Love to you from the UK ❤

31 weeks here. Feels like I’ve been doing it longer. I didn’t even know what carnivore was when I decided. I started with GAPS and decided I just needed meat. I lost more than I care to admit that I had to even lose. Between menopause, barrettes esophagus, Gerd, ibs, psoriatic arthritis, joints dislocating, high bp, anxiety, depression, migraines, irregular heart, tricuspid regurgitation, ect.
Holy crap. I was a SAD eater of what I thought was healthy. I’ve never eaten prepared food, fast food, yada yada. I feel amazing!!! Off all meds, which were many.
I love watching your husband, but you’re winning my heart. You look great and sound like a much more upbeat person now!! ( I too, was embarrassed of myself. )

Love my rebounder, it sits between my kitchen island and my dining room table so I see it constantly. It reminds me to move even if only for a few minutes. Gets my heart rate up and reminds me to get extra steps in each hour. Good for balance too 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Jen I totally enjoyed your first live. You're a natural at this. 👍🏻 I'm 7 months carnivore but I'm also 7 weeks pre op gallbladder removal with a long recovery but I am adding more and more meat and fat. I'm 65 y.o and almost 40 lbs down and no longer pre-diabetic. Yay me! You got this Jen.🫶🏻

Just tried Wagyu tallow for the first time, had with my ground beef to up the fat....it was sooooo good!
Butter in the coffee. Put the butter in - just enough coffee to cover butter and let melt. Then get the frother and froth it!!! Then fill the rest of the cup with the coffee.

Hi Jen! Thank you for sharing. Day 33 i think for me. I’m right there with you, and i totally understand not wanting to face yourself in your pictures, even if just for yourself. I’m the exact same way. I don’t want to face the reality I guess. I’m not brave enough right now. Again, thank you for sharing because it really helps me along my own journey! ❤
I think it's great to have the success stories of those who are closer to where they want to be but they adapt their diets and tweak things to suit (rightly so) and a lot of the basics of the beginning get lost. It's a real help to see someone who is new in the journey, especially a woman who loves veggies and has some issues with meat (I find a lot of my women friends who are 40 and above have issues with meat), it's encouraging to see how you work around that. Thank you for putting yourself out there. You're doing brilliantly.

If you want to drink coffee I would strongly suggest you add half a teaspoon of SALT - it's a revelation to me as it brings out the flavour of the coffee in a way I never knew before. Now I'm hooked on putting some salt in my coffee!
