Been watching your channel forever and with all Kerry's success I still haven't started, but I saw Jen's video yesterday about the kids at the park and it hit me in the gut. I have four kids I don't have energy for and I'm homeschooling them. I already feel the guilt and I still have time to turn this around. Went shopping today and ready to start tomorrow. 80 pounds to lose and health to gain. THANKS for all the inspiration.

My husband is not really doing carnivore, but he has been 💯 percent supportive of me. I make the meat, and he adds the extras he wishes. I am so blessed.
I'm on day 33, and feel so great! Really helps with the sugar craving! Thank you for all you are doing!
354 now 200 lbs diabetic now only meat walking 20,000 steps a day quit all meds i feel so much better
For me my feeling got buried with food. We’re FEELING nothing is getting stuffed. You two are funny. Yes getting life back above and beyond. Embrace the joy.
I need help !!! I have tried Carvionor but keep going back to sugar... Gary M.
Try exercise . I walk my dog every day in a hilly country . Occasionally, when I feel "bouncy," I add weights to our walk . A weighted vest , plus ankle weights and wrist weights .
It feels amazing !
Also , I started carnivore by fasting for four days before . I wanted to "kick start" my metabolism before jumping in .
Good luck ! Carnivore is the best thing I have ever done ! I feel great !
Everyone is different , I found that I do best on fatty cuts of pork .. some eggs and a little raw milk . For myself and my dog (I am English), it costs me about £45 a week . It's probably about $50 dollars in America, I am guessing .. tastes amazing every day ! 😋 . Good luck to you !
@garywaynenurse Keep trying, Gary. Overcoming sugar addiction is difficult. Don't give up...be patient and be persistent.
Hi Gary...i had the same problem....geting back on many times....only thing that worked for me(i am a major sugar addict) is to eliminate ALL sweet tastes,up your animal fat...eat a lot of fatty lamb,beef and add extra cold butter...have eggs,seafood as well...eat until full...persevere...the cravings will still come..if you are doing this with a strong 'why' for health/healing reasons,then the above should work...but we are human and we will stumble just depends how hard we want to dedicate ourselves...i have strong 'whys'...good luck,i know it's hard❤❤
Sugar addiction for Me was like cocain and nicotine addiction. It gets easier over time but will power is important. Try exercise untill Ketosis kicks in and the Buzz from Ketosis alone feels so good it will kick the Sugar craving to the kerb.👍

My husband and I started together. My oldest son and his wife are carnivores too. We go on vacation together and never eat out in restaurants. We find a Costco and cook our own meals.

My doctor said I needed to add vegetables to my diet.
Drs are not allowed to do anything that the American medical association doesn’t tell them to do or they’ll lose their license.
Jen can you Salt the McDonalds burgers? We have the tiny Redmonds glass Salt shaker and keep it in the car for the McDonalds patties.

That way I am looking for carnivore Turkish videos but can not find it . He have so much problems it’s sad😢
McD burgers do have a slightly strange taste, compared to home cooked ground beef, tested that last night. I remember my older brothers talking about a kangaroo meat scandal with McD decades ago, which is why they now say 100% beef.

I hope the dog & the kid are also on the carnivore diet! I also hope those pork rinds weren't cooked in corn oil or some other SEED OIL! 😮😢
The pork rinds from piggly wiggly are the fried in pork fat if not it could be a corn oil or peanut oil does anyone know?
Mayonnaise is made from RAW yolks.
I thought some of those fast food places had pink slime in their meat??
