Wow! Day 11 done and it was such a change of pace. This new standing workout deviating from the norm is refreshing and motivating, as it encourages the curiosity in all of us. However, it definitely cmes with its own challenges. I have some knee issues and have not done squats or lunges in a long time. So this re-acquainted me with all the muscles that those movements use. Definitely will opt for some knee support next time there are similar movements involved. Thank you for this lesson!
Ahhhh, yes! We often need to do those things that we normally don't do, as it's great for both the body and the mind! As you mentioned though, just be sure you are modifying as you need to, to protect your knees. Standing lunges, squats, etc. aren't for everyone, especially those with knee issues.

I really enjoyed your "circular squats" variation about half-way through the video. I don't find standard squats very exciting but your workout was interesting from start to finish!
