This is a quick and effective pilates core workout using a small ball. If you don't have a ball, you can use a firm pillow! This prop will challenge core stability and control. In only 15 minutes, you'll get an amazing all over core routine that you can do when you are short on time or when you want to stack your workouts.

Love the moves with the ball under the pelvis! With the ball under the shoulders, I struggle to keep my lower back on the floor since I have APT - I LOVE to see a video from you specifically for APT!

Loved this so much. With osteoporosis I have to be very careful of curving my spine but I simply took the ball out from my upper back and did those exercises with a flat back on the mat. Thank you again for this workout. Love using my little squishy ball!
