How much time it will take
hey do one thing the well looks toomuch extreme in the normal/displacement way so do this:
go to photoshop and duplicate the texture or the main albedo map and just trace out the edges or any place where there needs to be a cut or dent like between each stone only with black color and u may use line tool for accuracy. and in blender just get the file we just made and just put the image in the main shader and and take a displacement node and connect them all properly by properly I mean the color node of the image to the height and the output node of displacement to the desplace meant of the shower output thing and this way it looks more like it and also if possible go to google and search for dirt/grunge grayscale image textures u will find a fee take a good one and plug it to the roughness.
i have also done the same mistake thinking that higher normal map height the realistic it looks and btw it is wrong 10000% wut i say will make the well look more epik
this way u need not make a new model
