I am making an android game on unity and i want that while my UI button is pressed, it triggers a function(accelerating my player in a particular direction) The problem i am facing is that when the button is pressed, it only triggers the function once, so, you have to click it a lot of times. Can you please make a video fixing that
If you want to accelerate player with UI, I will recommend you using Joystick rather than Button.

@@sarvochcha01 I do am using a joystick but the game becomes more difficult than its supposed to be. As it is supposed to be a very simple rage game, the platform is thin. Joystick isn't suitable for the thin platform. So, i decided to add buttons instead.
