Its just a matter of taste, some people prefer to follow a complete project, some people prefer a review of the tools, its not relevant to compare which one is the best. In my experience they're complementary, its usualy better to start with a complete project guide to grasp the power of the software and then aim at tool oriented guides to get more variety.
Finally someone who actually shows where to click and what effects that has even if its something simple like changing between object mode and edit mode
Don't know how many "Thank You"s will thank You enough for all the tutorials you made for us. I really appriciate it sir, and also, You are very veryyyy underrated. I hope your work somehow does pay off because it really should.. Stay safe and healthy!
this guide is criminally underrated. most of the time in blender you're gonna spend in editpde extruding stuff, but the beginner guide about donuts is going in depth into various modifiers and other complex geometry WHICH YOU'RE NOT GONNA USE AS A BEGINNER. im still learning blender (i started today) so this guide will be extremely useful to me ❤️
I'm a beginner. I was having the same problem at 49:30. I shouted, "Blender sucks!", shut Blender down, abandoned my simple project and didn't turn Blender on for a week. THANK YOU! Liked and subscribed.
As a BMMA Student, I find this video/channel helpful. We have a subject "3D Modelling" and my professor is not doing well in discussing and demonstrating about blender. Glad that I saw this channel and now I learned a lot more than my professor. Thank you Online Professor BornCG!! You just saved my grades.
This really is a complete course, not like the tutorials on other channels, to start from scratch this is the right channel to learn the right way, the tutorials are practical, but I reiterate this is a real class on what blender is, I am learning with 4.0 this is very well explained thank you so much
Thank you for this, lots of other tutorials will start of with short cut keys and leave me confused because I can't see what they clicked on. You're an excellent teacher.
Over the past couple of weeks I’ve fallen down a blender rabbit hole. If this was one of the first videos I came across to inspire me to fall down that rabbit hole, I would have saved so much time searching for specific instructional videos that I did not yet have the language for. You are a great teacher my friend, and I’ve learned so much from this video that I didn’t previously intuitively know. Thank you for sharing this with us!
An absolute lifesaver. I am a beginner like a lot of newbies here and I couldn't find better videos explaining so detailed every tool and situations they could be used in. Especially appreciate for explaining the scale issues that cause a headache. Learning on 4.1.1 Blender version and who knew it would be still relevant.
I wish I had known about this 3 years ago, lots of videos trying their best to teach how in Blender, and this one teaches you how and why you want to do that operation. very well done!
This tutorial is absolutely perfectly done. Very useful and caters to the aural, visual as well as kinesthetic learning styles. That's the pinnacle of instructional material. Fantastic work. Subbed.
Perfect! At last I’ve found a Blender tutorial that doesn’t leave me wondering “what the hell did he do there?” The pace is good and I like the fact that you show us the traps that are so easy to fall into but difficult to understand what caused them. Thank you so much !
at long last someone who finally makes sense!!! fabulous we as beginners need to know when to use these tools and why do we need to use them and I certainly need to know more about n gons and how to fix holes in meshes so far Ive been on blender two yrs and only know how to make a simple chair and table I have no idea how to fix issues on my own I have to keep trying to find a vid with a similar issue is an awful program to learn but I do want to succeed but ready to give up
FYI: In 3.01 no yellow handle with a yellow disk appears for the Inset Faces tool. Instead, you get a yellow circle around your selection; right-click this circle and you get a menu. Click 'Inset Faces' and your selection responds to your cursor's movement. I am not sure if this is a bug or a modified feature.
I started Blender by following different kinds of tutorials, however my journey was to go and model random creatures I see in my coffee cup stains xD Being a backend developer I never had a knack for design so this is turning out to be really fun :D
Awesome tutorial, inspired by your videos I have become a fan of Blender and opened a channel to post my creations during my learning journey. Thank you and keep inspiring.
Sir, how to delete unwanted loop cut that we mistakenly made and noticed later? Thanks for sharing your knowledge on this field, very informative and helpful to us.
yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm so excited that I was able to finally create something!!!!! Thank you so teaching me how to create a chair. very basic easy even though it surely did help.
Strange! I just taught those to my IRL students the other day (same as in this video) and it works with the latest version of blender. Never seen blender use double click to select edge loops. 🤷🏼♂️
You mentioned accidentally right clicking after an unmoved extrusion leaving remnants behind in the geometry. Is this also the case if I hit the E key, but decide to cancel the operation with ESC?
Oh boy i ready to make a fnaf characters thanks u so much for making this video I m was new to blender I Search many how to model on blender But i found this video and list and i m so grateful to see your channel And i recommend to put your speed to high to ignore some things it can confused to u
Anyone know if you can use Boolean objects with selection modes? I want to make a Chinese moon gate model in a wall with the same circular shape but I'm not skilled enough to model it. Can it be achieved with selection modes in advanced way paired with Boolean shapes for removing/hiding etc???
To be honest, for me as a beginner, this tutorial is more useful than creating freaking silver sprinkles on a donut
it teaches all the tools in the shed instead of randomly creating a model of something using random technics for a beginner
perfectly said !

YEAH, THE ONLY REASON WHY THE DONUT TUTORIAL HAS SO MANY VIEWS BECAUSE OF THAT CLICKBAIT DONUT, BUT IT DOESNT TEACH FUNDAMENTALS FOR BEGINERS

There are lots of tutorial here on YT, but this one is the best ever tutorial for a beginner.

this is the only tutorial ive watched that actually explains it well, and makes sense best tutorial for beginners tbh.
The best blender course on youtube.

I just googled BMMA and was pretty surprised at what i saw. It was rather.. unexpected.
Im not judging though.
You have become my #1 instructor for Blender AND Godot 4. Thank you!

This is the best tutorial on editing mode and extrude tool!
This is exactly what I needed to get myself reacquainted with blender after many years. Thank you! Liked and subbed!

thank you so much really i lerned a lot of things from you
You have done well sir.
But my cntrl +alt click isn't working, or is there a special setting for it?
Alt+click and ctrl+alt+click don't seem to do anything. Have edge select on and using the select box tool.
Double-clicking selects an edge loop though

ooo thx! this video helped sm
How can a make small square pieces of a mess in blender and then show them they combine to slowly and make to model
I tried the edge loop action. But it does not conects all thru out the line. I'm using B4.3. What could be the problem?
You mentioned accidentally right clicking after an unmoved extrusion leaving remnants behind in the geometry. Is this also the case if I hit the E key, but decide to cancel the operation with ESC?
