Very informative overview! I would like to mention that communication device clamps do work however, you're able to push it in between the rubber side bit and the actual shell.
Dunno if I’d want that pushing into my neck in a crash tbh.

How is the fitting compared to the gt air 2?. I have a big head and often have issues with hotspots and discomfort at the top / front of the head. Long oval size i think the.y call it.
for a com, Shoei offer the Universal Com Holder... works well...
safety wise which is better, GTAIR2 OR THIS ? is there a significant difference betw 22.05 and 22.06?..
I have the nxr2 faust...apparently the difference between 2205/06 is the wider range of impact testing "ECE 22.05 has been in effect for around 20 years; it is outdated and long due an overhaul."
My head size is 52cm does shoei nxr2 have a shell size for me?
The NXR2 does have a custom fit interior so we could swap out the padding to get a better fit for you. It looks like at this point in time the different padding isn't due in until early 2022. If you're near one of our stores they will be able to size you up and recommend the best course of action for you.

It does not have a front chin curtain. I've spoken to the Farnborough shop and they do have the NXR 2 in stock

It does come with a front chin curtain I just bought one. But I am in Germany not sure if this market makes a difference in what items the helment comes with?
If my head measures a 56.5 should I go with a small or medium? I fall in between the two. Small 55/56. Medium 57/58. I might have to order online. Not sure if they have both sizes in store to try on.
Most likely a Medium, if you can get to a store they will be able to size you up. Otherwise, if you order online we do offer a free returns service so you can exchange it for another size if needs be. If possible, some customers do order 2 sizes of a helmet and then return the one that does not fit.

@@infinitymoto awesome Tom so I got the helment. Ended up with the small. Can you please do a cardio installation video for the NXR2? This would help alot of people there are none online! I was looking at the helment and figured I would have use the stick on as you said in the video. But it looks like there is a small seem that might work for the clip?? Or am I wrong? Anyway it would be great to should how to place the wires and stuff for the install 😉

My head size is 54.5 so XS should be ok for me? With a balaclava i hope ot doesnt feel very tight. Buying online so need to be sure!
is the neckroll not removable.?

It's a bit of forward pressure and away from the mechanism, should pop off and become easier with time - Tom 🏍💨
And the wind 🌬 closes it at 30mph 🤣
