Consequently, compromised knee stability and increased vulnerability to strain ensue, often manifesting as pain, particularly during movement or weight-bearing activities, highlighting the critical role of exercise in maintaining knee health.

Thanks, Justin! I’ve got bone on bone in one knee and very close with the other one. I’m currently getting cortisone and gel shots every three and six months respectively and it does help but I’ll def try this as well. 🤗
