Not just for seniors. These are awesome workouts for postpartum moms, rehabbing from knee/ ankle/ hip surgery and individuals who are slightly to greatly overweight. Thanks for the content.
@israeliana it is a great comment. Also want to add that I'm looking for these exercises because I can't get off the floor, so it's really put a damper on my physio. This helps
I'm 71 years old lady. I swim x 30 minutes a day. Have a total knee replacement and degenerated low back discs x 4. This is really a good way to keep exercising. Thank you
Instantly subscribed!! I’m not a senior but I’m a cancer patient trying to rebuild my muscles after chemotherapy/radiation. I’m unsteady on my feet so these chair exercises will help me greatly. Thank you!!! 💗
Ohmygosh. That is insane. I’ve done these three exercises my whole life without a chair, but now have physical limitations. I cannot believe how simple it is to adapt them to a sitting position! I love it! May I also add that I completely love the simplicity of this quick video. It gets right to the point which I appreciate!
You look great!! I have followed you for years. You are awesome. Thank you for making me look better with your kindness. I learned a lot and I definitely enjoy exercising with you.
I had severe fibromyalgia to the point I couldn't walk sometimes. Traditional Chinese Medicine reversed it, juicing (especially beets) for the Chronic fatigue, and staying hydrated worked for me. Blessings on your back to health journey.
I'm so humbly grateful I saw this. I experienced a TIA stroke in April 2023. I'm blessed to be healthy/thriving. Yet, the weight gain and loss of muscles isn't pleasant. I'll make this part of my morning/evening workouts Thank you😇
I’m so glad to hear you’re healthy and thriving after your TIA! It’s completely understandable to feel concerned about weight gain and muscle loss, especially after such a significant health event. Incorporating resistance training into your morning and evening workouts is a fantastic step toward rebuilding strength and improving your overall fitness. Remember to start at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and don’t hesitate to modify exercises as needed. Consistency is key, and even small, gradual changes can lead to meaningful progress over time. Your positive attitude and determination are inspiring! If you have any questions or need support along the way, feel free to reach out. You’ve got this! 💪😃
Been wanting to get into shape for a while. Never figured out how to get started without disappointment. These helped get me to the point I could maintain and continue more vigorous workouts! Thank you from congestive heart failure patients everywhere!💯
I gave been sedentary too long between a back surgery, then 2 broken legs, a torn gluteus mediums with hip surgery and reattachment, and living in a brace with restricted movement for months, and then sepsis and 2 hospitalizations with home IV antibiotics. I am weak, my balance is horrible. And I shuffle my gait. 3 days of working and planting my gardens helped but I have to keep it going. I'm going to do this, in the mornings.
Amazing exercises! I’m young but have chronic illnesses that make exercising so hard, and it sometimes feels impossible to find anything that even I can do with my fragile body. Thank you so much!❤️
Thank you for posting this. I pulled tendons in my lower back and couldn’t do the floor anymore now I have to build back up slowly, this is perfect for me for now
Thanks for showing this chair exercise.

1st one is Not good for your Back , in that position.
@@johnnyh8731 Interesting because there are physical therapists all over UA-cam doing, showing, sharing the same exercises.
This is definitely something I can do to get a little movement in with having two bad knees
Same goes for me❤
