i've been sitting at my desk most of the day and got frustrated with my project. i opened yt to take a break and on a whim clicked on this and started it. it didn't even feel like 10 minutes but i feel so much better now. my hips were super tight and my lower back too. i'll be doing this regularly now! thank you!

This 10 min indoor workout, the full length beginner work out of 22 mins and the low impact functional workout follow along of 16 mins, are all amazing and I do them regularly. Please upload a seated workout for seniors of around 30 mins, too.🙏
I knew my condition was low but this 10 minutes got me almost out of breath . So that means this is my level to start. Tommorow I will do it again and hope to build up that i do this 1x per ever hour that i sit down. Thank you Justine.
The his is perfect for me. I have been out from work for about 2 1/2- 3months for a pinched nerve. Physical Therapy his really be helpful in my recovery. This will help bring more movement to my body as I continue to work on balance, coordination and more. I hope you do more videos like this for those that don’t feel comfortable walking full out… especially when we need a cane sometimes.
Justin! This was actually enjoyable! I had been exercising consistently totally in the zone, then 6 months ago I started having stomach issues that made it difficult to workout. Since then I've been trying to find some to get me back on track that was low impact but still effective. This is it! ,😎
