    I see what is meant by looking superhuman:
    We played a big football match on the weekend, the match to win the league for either team. Everyone was so nervous and I was so calm and ready. I feel that my presence rubbed onto my teammates and we ended up winning the match!
    Not only that, when playing, I was so happy and in such flow that when we won, I didn’t even celebrate like my teammates. Instead I felt the urge to go to the other team and shake their hands.
    These are the beautiful things that happen when we get a sense of spirituality in our lives. 💖

    To those wondering about what he sang at the end, he sang three stanzas from a 2,000 year old composition by Adi Sankara called 'Bhaja Govinda'. Adi Sankara sang it back then taking humans around him to task for not focusing on the truth & divine and instead wasting time on material pleasures. The meaning of the 3 stanzas he sang is as follows:
    Yogaratova bhogaratova sangaratova sanga-viheena; yasyad brahmani ramate chittam nandathi nandathi nandathyeva -- Some take pleasure in and get addicted to actions w purpose (yoga), some take pleasure in and get addicted to luxuries/luxurious lifestyle, while some to company of society and social life, and some to avoiding society and social life. But the one who takes pleasure in and gets addicted to constantly ruminating on the 'brahman', he alone enjoys the real pleasure, no one else, no one else no one else.
    Sat-sangat-ve nis-sangh-at-vam | nis-sangh-atve nir-mohatvam | nir-mohat-ve nischala-tatvam| nischala-tat-ve jeevan-mukti hi -- The need for constantly seeking company(social life) of some kind loses it's lure/value by associating with vitreous(truthful) humans. Such non-attachment to company (and material stuff) will slowly lead to freedom from delusions and illusions. Such freedom from delusions will eventually lead to liberation from bondage of human death & births.
    Puanarapi jananam punarapi maranam | punarapi jananee jathare sayanam | iha samsaare bahu dusthaare | Kripaya paare paahi muraare -- Taking new birth after this life ends, and then dying again, and then taking new birth again and then dying again and so on and so forth, oh lord this life and bondage of life and death and birth and life and death and so on is very difficult, so please become compassionate to this misery of mine and protect and liberate me from this bondage oh lord.

    Let me just say..Because of me doing this meditation twice a day now,I am very proud to say,that for the first time in 10 years,I feel like the old happy me again!! I was diagnosed by a psychiatrist 10 years ago,with C-PTSD(Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). But now..I beat the odds,and because of this meditation,I reprogrammed my brain & reversed the C-PTSD for good! ❤

    For those of you who are wondering about the chant at the end, it was composed by Adi Shankaracharya 2000 years ago, urging humans to turn to spirituality. It actually has 18 stanzas, Sadhguru sang 3.

      @@preethishetty6179 It would be best if you could simply focus on the sound of the chant, even if you don't understand a word. Sadhguru says that the power is in the sound, not in the meaning.

      @@criptik5208 Brahma muhurat begins at 3:40 am in the morning. While during midnight it's actually sadhya kala. Sandhya kala are transition times when arbitrons changes (day to noon, noon to evening , evening to night, ) and one major Sandhya kala comes during midnight. It is very strong. Person who's not initiated or might not have that efficient energy base might harm himself. There are documantary when people did isha kriya during midnight and couldn't sleep for days

    Today is my 1-year Anniversary of doing Isha Kriya twice a day. I use this video every morning and night, and wanted to offer my gratitude. Thank you! Isha Kriya + Aum chanting have brought me peace, personal growth, a raise at work, and numerous other benefits. I plan to continue this, have taken Inner Engineering, and will take IE Completion before long. My next goal is to learn Shambhavi Mahamudra. This absolutely works!🎉❤ Adding this later! After 1 year and 2 months of twice daily Isha Kriya, I was initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra. So I'm no longer doing Isha Kriya. But it was a wonderful practice and set me on a great path. I hope it's helpful for many others. Namaskaram.

      Hey brother help me i didn't feel any vibration in my stomach i tried lot of time after isha kriya and when doing isha kriya i didn't feel any vibration i opened my mouth fully but sometimes not everytime sometimes vibration feel above the navel but it has to be feel below the navel as isha kriya direction can you plz help me.

      Ok... I am readin many positive comments. But such exercises gives me reverse effect after my ocd condition worsened. N I started fearing from these exercises. Ever heard that?? Any advice??

    After 30 days of doing this meditation, I can see why meditation are must. Meditation doesn't drastically change your life but it changes the way you look at life. I'm at the same place, inside the same body and have the same mind but I'm not the same. I can't really explain this feeling.🌼

    I have just come out of a traumatic experience and my dad recommended this yoga to help me. I just did it because I needed some sense of security. When Sadguru started the chant post the Aaaaa sound I just cried heavily and couldn’t stop throughout the mantra. Simultaneously my hands went numb and I felt love. Like the universe was holding my face telling me I’m loved. I was disoriented when I opened my eyes and stumbled around when I got up. I don’t know what this means but I feel peaceful and I plan to follow this ardently. Also I wish happiness and love to all.

    Congratulation to me , just completed twice a day session for 48 days cycle of Isha Kriya. It’s going to be part of my life from now on. I’m very much aware of how my thoughts and emotions plays trick in me , however I’m in control now by being conscious and aware in handling it. I’m more energetic,, peaceful, patient and joyful even in little things happening around me. My life is starting to change , less worries of the past and fear of the future, Irving in the present and enjoying it.
    I’m still just beginning my spiritual journey, by applying Sadhgurus messages thru UTube.. I’m very blessed that I found Sadhguru. You’re mystical and great one. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.!

      When you completed those 48 days, did you still have desires and aspirations after that, to ellaborate more, you still had desires, enjoyed pleasurable things, basically like other people, even after the cycle practice?
      More ellaboration, do you have the regular desires a lot of people have, amd do you still have desires to commect and attach with people emotionally, like you're not detatched from everything, right?
      I have the fear all my deaires and attatchment with the people I care about will go, but I still want to be a regular people with, I guess, desires, and emtional connections with people, except I can manage my mind and body very well, that's why I want to do Isha Kriya, I struggle with really bad anxiety.

    I have completed the complete cycle of 90 days .feeling so much of love inside myself that I am being able to spread and give it to so many people. It's really fantastic. Thank you sadhguru for being there and showed me the path to love myself. After these 3 months, I am a completely different person full of positivity and lots of energy flowing in my body. This experience is awesome

    First ever meditation practice I ever did.. never thought meditation was for me.. but quarantined with so much time so jumped right into it.
    A tip for beginners which really helped me : its alright for thoughts to deviate...gently being them back to focus on the kriya...slowly this will become less often...
    How I felt...
    1. Tears filled my eyes 8 minutes into the meditation for no apparent reason. (Just the first time)
    2. Sat for 20 minutes and didn't want to get up..
    3. Intrinsically started chanting Aum for a good 10 minutes and finally got up after 40 minutes from when I sat...
    Refeshed, energized and definitely feel the power of this technique. Def intrigued!
    Thanks Sadhguru for allowing me to start my spiritual journey right here on 28 Mar 20.

    I have been doing this meditation for the last year every day and I must say it has changed my life. I feel more alive and I injoy every moment of everyday. And my concentration has sky rocketed, from not being able to sit for 5 minutes, to now be able to study for hours on end. So thank you for giving me a introduction to meditation 🙏🏻

    I did this almost everyday for 3 months, missed a few days probably and some two a days. I quit smoking tobacco, it's been a year since my last cigarette. I also stopped biting my nails. I'm back to biting my nails again, but now I know it's possible to focus and overcome my challenges with mental fortitude.

    Thank you so much! I have your app. I did a lot of different meditations but this one is changing me and my soul and body. Today I noticed my voice started to change and my arms raised up. My dogs ran out of the room!!! I truly believe my body is healing. I have a tiny tumor on my liver as well 2 small on pituitary ( not cancer). I lost my Mom to cancer, her sister died 2 months ago , another sister and brother diagnosed with cancer. I already changed my diet 6 years ago, but stress and depression were part of me until I came across this video and many more. When my Grandma died few weeks ago I grieved, cried( funeral was in another country I couldn’t go) and moved on and live in present moment. Grandma raised me while my Mom worked. You are saving my life literally and for that I thank you and send blessings and I’m saving to come to Tennessee for Engineering. 🙏🏽🌻💫💕

      Eat turmeric and neem balls in the morning with lukewarm water. This is suggested by sadhguru for a healthy system and helps especially with any cancers

    I have completed 3 weeks today . I started doing this twice a day . Today i bursted in tears howled like anything and after i finished the kriya i opened my eyes and i felt as fresh and clear as the sky after the rain .

    I am on my 23rd day, doing it twice a day, I can detach from my thoughts and stay with the awareness and my breath during the practice and it gives me a real feeling of bliss after the practice. I dont think I will ever stop doing it. When I started I found if difficult to even sit for 7 minutes with the guided meditation. Now I am doing it by myself and I have no trouble sitting there for that long and I sometimes go longer if it feels right. Thank you sadhguru.

      @@saikeerthandadi2323 What I think is the first few times with guided meditations until you get the hang of it and remember what to do at what stage of the meditation.
      Edit: If you're short on time I think it's best to use the guide to make sure you don't spend more time doing the meditation than necessary.

    Sadhguru, So much love to you. I did a full mandala and this practice completly changed my life. I am 17, have had worst few years struggling with anxiety and constanly being on the verge of depression but i couldnt give in to it. This gave me the superpower to break free of this vicious cycle and just now i am finally taking control over MY life and doing what makes ME happy, while simultaniously making everyone around me happy.     I’m doing isha kirya for 48 days and here is my experience and I will keep updating.
    Day 1-5 : after doing isha kirya since day one I have a sense of satisfaction within myself, I breath deeply, my whole system stays calm and peaceful, Most importantly my sleep became more deep without any useless dreams! I used to sleep 10-12+ hours and still used to feel dizzy but now I can literally go through a whole day in 6-8 hour of sleep or even less! I’m so happy! ❤️ Such a huge change just in 5 days? Insane

    Been doing this for 2 weeks, some visible benefits here:
    Less sleep. Average sleeping time needed lowered from 8 to about 5 to 6 hours a day.
    Better focus, which means I can stay focused on one task for a longer time, about 90 minutes without break so far.
    Overall, the krya allows us to live our life more efficiently, so I should keep going and see what happens next.

      I think the only one which I kind of feel skeptical of how many hours of rest/sleep you get. I have insomnia and I need to get more sleep, and actually I need more quality sleep than quantity number of sleep. Due to insomnia and obstructive sleep apnea.

I would like to tell everyone who reads this - I was also shocked by the powerful vibrations throughout my body after finishing the meditation. I was shaking, but inside I was free.       There is a meditation that I did as part of Inner Engineering that made me cry. The one where he asks you to imagine floating and then flying to a lush green place. I felt like I was dying and leaving my loved ones behind. Like I knew I had to change for their good as well as my own, but it felt like saying goodbye. Tears welled up in my eyes as I started to fly away...

    I'm on day 5 and I'll admit that I don't look forward to the meditation but I'm making a commitment to myself to see something through. I keep getting caught up in passing thoughts during the mantra, but as soon as that flute starts, for some reason, my mind becomes so still. It feels like taking off a really tight pair of shoes. So much relief when all that mental chatter is gone. I'm able to feel the inner world.

      "To those wondering about what he sang at the end, he sang three stanzas from a 2,000 year old composition by Adi Sankara called 'Bhaja Govinda'. Adi Sankara sang it back then taking humans around him to task for not focusing on the truth & divine and instead wasting time on material pleasures. The meaning of the 3 stanzas he sang is as follows:
      Yogaratova bhogaratova sangaratova sanga-viheena; yasyad brahmani ramate chittam nandathi nandathi nandathyeva -- Some take pleasure in and get addicted to actions w purpose (yoga), some take pleasure in and get addicted to luxuries/luxurious lifestyle, while some to company of society and social life, and some to avoiding society and social life.       Puanarapi jananam punarapi maranam | punarapi jananee jathare sayanam | iha samsaare bahu dusthaare | Kripaya paare paahi muraare -- Taking new birth after this life ends, and then dying again, and then taking new birth again and then dying again and so on and so forth, oh lord this life and bondage of life and death and birth and life and death and so on is very difficult, so please become compassionate to this misery of mine and protect and liberate me from this bondage oh lord."

    Today on 23rd Oct 2020 I want to share my experience of doing Isha Kriya for almost 2 years now. These are facts and no B.S. I'm 15 y/o and I started doing these practices namely Nadi Shuddhi, Nada Yoga and Isha Kriya. I used to listen to Sadhguru share his immense wisdom of life... It was so intricating for me and the fact that he was not persuading to have beliefs, owning limitless responsibilities, being conscious about handling yourself etc. was so phenomenal that at every step of my life I started actually living a more intellectually developed life. Every dot started getting connected. Today tears of ecstacy rolled down my eyes and what I experienced can't be described in words. Inner Engineering(book) and the course has intensely transformed my life. Sadhguru I owe you so much and I'm so grateful to get to experience this in my life. I really hope to meet you one day.       @@Rally.Films_ The point of this meditation is not to control the thoughts and mind, if you try to control them then meditation will not happen. You just need to follow the instructions and the benefits will come naturally without having to exert any force to make them happen.

    I have never been able to do meditation in my life. Could never really grasp the concept nor could even sit for 5 mins. A trusted friend suggested me to try Isha kriya and When I did it, I burst into tears. This meditation touches the core of soul, if anything like that exists, cause that's how it feels.       @@ga9526 you can keep it relaxed. If it don't turn downward, then its perfectly fine. Just try to be relax with your hands. Turning it a little bit inward is not an issue.

      @@ga9526 I used to struggle with keeping my back straight as I couldn't sit in a balanced posture with back straight.. It's natural..you can sit on a pillow. That really helps

    Currently withdrawing from anti depressant. I have done 90 day mandala and later 45 day mandala. 5 days ago I decided to leave anti depressant and yesterday decided not to do this kriya for experimental purposes. Until I did the meditation I felt suicidal for few hours felt like crying and life became meaningless. Today I did it again 3 times. I am perfectly fine now. Some days you need it more than other days. Mental health patient should seek medical help along with this kriya it works wonder.

    I am 24 year old, from the past 3 years I have been in a worst condition. Dropped out of the TE of my Btech, got in to pleasure's, lost mental control, started forgetting things, started loosing memory no mental clarity and a lot of stuff.
    Ever since I came across a friend of mine who is following Sadguru 3 months back.
    I started practicing this Kriya every night before going to sleep. All I could was just the mediation, but that is all it took !
    Every time I did that, It took me a different space. I have been doing the mediation part from the past 1 month and this has already made a change in me.
    I am able to remember things and have a clarity towards thoughts and a lot more.
    This works !!!

    ... wanted to mention that I am wide awake at 12 at night. Having been up since 7am. I don't seem to need any sleep anymore. My targets at work have gone through the roof as well. I will be on day 90 end of month. I will then do another cycle of 90 days. 🙏❤

    I have been doing this meditation from past three weeks. I am already seeing a lot of changes in me. My mind is calmer than ever!     First time i thought uuugh twice a day? I don't have time for this but there is an old saying: you should meditate 20 minutes per day and on those days you don't have the time for it you should meditate one hour 🙏🏻 now this became my daily routine and especially in the evening i feel sooo relieved and calm before going to bed 🙏🏻✨

    I felt so cripped with depression today and felt so helpless. Just did this and I can't believe how much it helps. I'm going to commit myself to do this every single day
    Update 1 month later: I wrote some of the things that happened in my comment below. I'm improving so much day by day I can barely recognize the person I was a month ago. I'm also currently completing Sadhguru's inner engineering course. Definitely, must, do it. It is truly life changing. Not something that you learn but you understand and embody them. I'm so much more in control with my mind, body and emotions now. This is just the start of a beautiful life!

      Ever since then I've been listening a lot to Sadhguru daily and even though I keep repeating the same videos and keep listening to the same messages, I receive something new every time I listen, its like my mind is awakening little by little everyday. 3 weeks ago I thought I wasn't going to make it, I truly felt like giving up on my life. Today I feel like a brand new person. Suddenly I can confidently say that life threw something so difficult and hard at me so that I could be broken enough to be transformed to a new person once and for all. My goal in life is to be as close as I can get to being enlightened. This way I know I will truly live a fulfilling and meaningful life. I am still picking myself up daily but I feel so much lighter right now. I think I can do this.

    So grateful a friend shared Isha Kyra with me. I have experienced a greater sense of peace, well-being, energy, and positivity. This is after a harsh winter of SADS, depression, and self-doubt. On day 6 I had a beautiful experience where I was transformed into a flower whose pedals opened and closed with the inhalation and exhalation. I have never experienced anything like that. I thought it was strange but felt a sense of peace and onness and allowed the experience to unfold. Now my mediation has become a home for me. I look forward to going to that place each day. This is day 14 for me. Note if I miss a day I just keep going and continue the count. Thank you Sanguru for sharing this wisdom with us.

    My mind was really cluttered with the thoughts that doesn't really matter. I started this meditation since a week. I must say I have somewhat steered away from all those cluttered thoughts.
    What I learnt since one week by isha kriya is to be in the present will help us in dealing with most of the things that we face in daily life.
    Being in the present is bliss to life.

    I just meditated for over an hour and had to think back to if I drifted in and out of sleep or not. Turns out I FINALLY reached a DEEP meditative state. 13 years of off and on the path and meditation. Have had many other meditative experiences but, have never been able to go so deep. I feel this has somewhat to do with practicing Isha Kriya each day. No matter what, we all have our own experiences at our own time needed for our individual selves but, I truly feel Isha Kriya has helped me get to this point. Thank you Sadhguru and Isha support team! Namaste!

      You have to also realise that if your not anle to come out of this deep meditation. You could leave your body.
      Thats why such powerful states of mind should be always done under some physical care taker.
      Or in an ashram

And as far as thoughts are concerned it is very work of brain to think but due to the busy schedule one doesn't give enough time to himself or herself that is why when u meditate for the 1st time u experience that all your thoughts are coming back to you . Everything is fine with just continue it and if possible please spend time with your self.

    This Isha Kriya is my first ever meditation. I never thought meditations can work. I never expected myself to pick up yoga or meditation to say the least. I never gave it any importance bcz I always thought they don't work. Coming back to it today after 2 weeks or more.
    I need to detach myself from material love. This I am sure will help me especially after reading the meaning of the poem Sadhguru recites. So beautiful. Gives me so much peace and relaxes the mind. I forget to do it everyday but there's something inside me which makes me want to go back to it and today I automatically found myself doing this, post my brief yoga session. I am at a point in my life where I have to learn how to detach myself from material love. Thank you Isha foundation. Thank you Sadhguru.

    Do not underestimate the power of this kriya. It is far more powerful than one can imagine. Just do the complete mandala for yourself and see..
    In the beginning, I also struggled like you all. To do ig consistently, to never skip it no matter what and to stick to it, for a full mandala, needs a commitment.
    In your whole life span ,if you cannot commit for some 50 to 90 days to do a certain process which doesn't even take 1 hr, how will you ever do things that are far bigger. This idea arose in me and i sticked to it. And lo and behold - in about 35 days, I began to experience the immense power of it.
    Please do it if you are really interested in transformation of yourself to a far bigger possibility than what you can imagine. 🙏🙏🙏🙏.
    I wish all of you be transformed.

I think that is because many Indians have an inferiority complex ( this includes me) when they view Foreigners doing what Indians have been doing for generations.       @@shridevimalaghan4015 you will find changes in all walks of life, for the better. Yes i think it has improved my marriage life too. Mostly because it has changed my energy and my behaviour, theceffects of which have improved my experience of life and my relationships too. All the best.

      @@pam6760 hey can u plz help me about this- i didn't feel any vibration in my stomach i opened my mouth fully i tried a lot of time but didn't feel any vibration . Sometimes it feels above the naval but it is not good as isha kriya direction vibration has to be feel below the naval and also lot of thoughts came in my mind when i doing isha kriya can u plz suggest me something about vibration

    Completed few days ago first mandala of 48 days. It was amazing experience, thanks to all people from Isha and huge heart for Sadhguru. My period was with a lot lot AHA moments but on some very gentle way. More secure, more light, easier with desicions, more friendly....:) Just continue guys, this is one really special meditation

    11/18/22
    Today is my first day of isha kriya. I feel light as if I’m weightless, when I open my eyes and look at my hands I have no feeling as if they’re suspended in air. I’ve felt the tears that people speak about in the comment section, in my previous meditation sessions. I think it comes from people being in a dark place and all of a sudden the mind relaxes and releases all that tension.
    I’m going to do this every day twice a day. I will give updates on my progress .

      @@MsZyngagames yes I did feel like that. Then I thought I was focusing too hard. The instructions says focus mildly. Thoughts disturb , mind will stop interfering eventually.

      Powerful words. At the same time, I lived detached from reality because I lived exclusively on the bridge. Although it is possible to totally detach from humanity and be affected by nothing our humanity is lost in the pursuit of detachment. I had to learn to be affected by the Tao but still be able to rise above it at will when necessary.

      I didn't practice on specific time, but most of my practices would be earlier in the morning! People are saying 4am in the morning practicing is the best, because there is low vibrational level, everyone still sleeping and so on.. I'm doing my meditations early as possible!!!
      Since i have been practicing this technique, my mental and emotional level has improved a lot, I'm changed man!

      I am dealing with anxiety and depression. I need a shift..I am planning to do inner engineering.

    This was my first time TODAY doing this, I was like a child moving around & adjusting myself. EVEN THEN once I focused back to the guided meditation and opened my eyes I cried, just a little though. I have so much gratitude for this help! Living in my minivan after rescuing myself from a spiritual & emotional toxic marriage, I feel so free in my mind and body, and I shall practice this as often as possible. One Love💐

      This is my first day too. I woke up surprisingly early at 5 in the morning and thought to finally perform this Kriya. I am going to my favorite college within a month or so, and I couldn't be grateful enough. I believe this will help me be more attentive in future. But like you, I couldn't perform the meditation this well at my starting day. I hope I learn to grow tomorrow, or day after that.

    When he uttered AUM i don't know something hit me I started crying i felt like this tears were the tears of relief, freedom, it felt like i was releasing each and every negative thoughts, tension, depression i had, it gave me goosebumps all over my body im a teenager feeling the need to medidate for I've been facing difficulties in my life past 1 month which destroyed both my mental and physical health..... now I'm feeling 10× better....Thankyou Sadhaguru!🙏🏼🌸
